Rooms do not have mini fridges so it tough keeping drinks cold. Jacuzzi tub was full of hair I had to clean it. Half dranl alcohol can left under the bathroom sink in the cupboard either left from a previous guest or the cleaner was drinking

Only 3 stars given on cleanliness and facilities because the hot tub had dirty bubbles in it (why do you need soapy bubbles in there anyway?) and the pool deck could have been cleaner as well. Sauna and shower was clean. But the hot tub really left you with an icky feeling. Other than that, the place was great and we will stay again :)

i would say there are a lot of stuffed that this hotel needs to improved.. simple like no exhaust is washroom, didnt find microwave anywhere else just to heat my dinner sometimes, breakfast is terrible, no egg? although it is continental but egg should be there atleast! the waffle are dried and old and many more issues with this hotel.. im not picky but i've been woth hotels many times around canada but this one so far is the least among the hotels i stayed!
