We booked online, easily and without problems. During the booking, there was nowhere pointed that parking is chargeable, actually only available parking. There were two options to pay our booking - one of them slightly cheaper ... non refundable. And we booked that. When we arrive at the reception, they charged us 20cad for the parking. This is how customers are treated. We were unpleasantly surprised!

Nice stay. Easy to find. Parking wasn't included but the price wasn't bad and there was enough and it seemed secure. I didn't have a chance for breakfast so I can't review that. Overall it was a good stay.

Bathroom was dirty, like the walls didnt look clean and there is some pink at the bottom of the shower, and the shower glasses were also dirty, like the bottom of the glasses. there was hair on bath towel, hairs in both beds. But very low price. Would had a good experience if it was cleaner

AVOID THIS PLACE!!! If I was still working in the public health sector, I have this place shut down and make them deep clean every inch of every room. Dead bugs, dirty corners, don’t even get me started on the results of the swabs I took of the TV remote and high touch areas, sheets and pillows. I will be calling Niagara public health to tell them what I found. Least to say I definitely won’t be going back. Photo I attached was the dirt of the floor. If you care for your health and your children’s health, avoid this place like a plague. Stay somewhere else!!!!
