The property is ok, but the beds are horrible. I was restless the entire night because the bed and pillow were so uncomfortable. One night stay was enough for me. The room is old dated. It needs an upgrade, but aside from all those, it’s ok.

We loved our first time stay at Great Wolf Lodge! The food on site was very decently priced. We were under 10 min driving to all the attractions. The staff was always super friendly! Our room was clean, highly recommend booking the Kids Kamp room as it provides seperation for when the kids go to bed earlier. The sound proofing between rooms was incredible. We couldnt hear a screaming baby next door to us while in the room, only when we exited to the hall, very impressive. The waterpark was clean, well staffed and well run with no long line ups. We especially loved the nightly marshmallow roasting which was such a special touch.

The water park was clean and well managed, and there was plenty of seating. There was a great variety of rides/areas for all ages and types of water fun. There were many options of accommodations, and the one we chose was just perfect for our needs, in terms of number of beds, room layout (kid and parent spaces), and bed comfort. While we did not eat meals at the restaurants, we did enjoy the convenience of the snack and coffee options.

Everything was great except for Jason at the front desk. He could have approached his job with a bit more kindness and compassion. Those who welcome guest should be high energy and strong customer engagers. I would have given 5 stars otherwise.
