I had booked a premium falls view suite and paid $700 for a night but there were no lights in the room. Only lamps by the bed, there were nice mirrors for the wife to get ready but in the evening when it comes the time to get ready there was no light to use those mirrors. AC made so much noise that sleeping at night was not comfortable. It gave a feeling of $100/ night room. Nothing special for booking a premium falls view room at Hilton

The bed sheets weren't clean and the AC wasn't working properly. The room had no hand soap. We asked for new sheets and extra towels along with some soap. We got an extra blanket instead of soap.

The location is great. The room was clean and nice. The hotel was very busy and the service was not sufficient for the demand. The wifi did not work at all. There was a long waiting time for the lifts. The air con was too noisy.

They said, they don’t allow complementary breakfast from expedia customers.!!! We had to go out for breakfast. And also they took a $100.00 security deposit.

Hotel was grood but rate was too high at close to $380 a night and $85 for vale parking and $55 for outside parking. One 200 Ft away was $25.

This hotel room was almost $500 but was definitely not worth the price. Service was poor. No usb charging station or outlets If you dont have an adapter you’re out of luck. Meanwhile I was told I can buy one. Later I found out there was a clock missing in the room that had usb outlets but was never offered one. Very unhappy. This is the first Hilton location that was horrible. Also elevators don’t work properly particly in the south tower. DO NOT BOOK HERE.
