Our stay was great. Everything was as expected. The staff was amazing and tgr room was clean. The pool section needs maintenance, it wasn't too clean. Overall it was a great hotel.

The I guess the stay was ok. Some staff were nice some staff in the front were… EEHHH,, you can really feel the negative vibe.. costumer service negleting room request multiple times like they dont care!! Had to call and repete myself for my request... no restaurant in the premises or nearby,

I booked a mobility roll in shower and when i got there they didnt had any available and they had to give me a room for invalinds with a bathtub we tryed the pool and serously it wasnt cleand at all and when people go in vacation u dont close breakfast at 9 30 never seen that in my life

Everyone was very friendly and helpful, have been at other Holiday Inn Express's and surprised all the breakfast's are different. You used paper plates and plastic utensils the others use real plates and utensils. No biggy though everything was delicious and we all enjoyed it very much. Close to our venue which was excellent

Great location, 15 min drive from Niagara Falls and Niagara on the lake. Plenty of parking. Free breakfast each morning was good. Beds were too soft and a few pillows had a smell and were uncomfortable , but overall the room was clean. Staff were very polite and friendly. Would definitely stay again.
