Our tournament was canceled due to a snow storm and we cannot get a refund or any type of credit. There should be consideration given for acts of nature. This was completely out of our control. At the very least we should get a credit for a future IGH stay.

Everything was fine, except a couple of Smart Room features were a little wonky at this new hotel. The automatic blinds switch was reversed ("Down" went UP, and "Up" went DOWN, lol. We searched this accessible room for ages and couldn't turn the heat on. Phoned Front Desk. They told us the thermostat was BEHIND the bathroom door (which is a sliding door for accessibility). Sure enough, with the bathroom door in the "Open" position, one can't see or find the thermostat! All just quirks of a new hotel. We told maintenance about the blinds switch being reversed. Great breakfast, comfortable bed and pillows, very courteous and professional staff - Front Desk, Breakfast coordinator, and Housekeeper. Our stay was overnight on

Great Hotel. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and well maintained. Staff were very pleasant during check in and made us feel welcomed. Would definitely stay again.
