Location is very good, the room is quite spacious and staffs are very friendly, which is nice. The only downside to this hotel is that the water in the bathroom vanity doesn't drain well. And it's really bad. If the hotel manager fixes this problem, it's a pretty good hotel.

Pictures were misleading as it showed falls view from a window. We specifically booked this hotel to be near and be able to see the falls, and we were unable to. Additionally, trash outside the hotel was piled up and was scattered across the entryway. We were never told that kids eat free at the restaurant.

Hotel is in a great location for attractions and dining. There is NOT a view of the falls or nightly fireworks but they are close and walkable (if you can return up a huge hill). Cocos restaurant was a bonus. Pool area was great. Rooms Have been updated but tub was very slippery and vent in exhaust was filthy. Overall we would stay here again.

Loved how close the property was to the Falls and how convenient parking was. Our kids loved the pool, plus we appreciated the kindness and thoughtfulness of the staff. Definitely would stay here again when visiting Niagara Falls in the future.

Dated.. floors up and down. Carpets in halls and lobby very dirty. Rooms okay. Bathtub looked like someone used a paint brush in areas. Beds comfortable. Room was clean.
