We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was clean, beds were comfortable and we slept well. The pool was clean and the staff were amazing. We will definitely tell people to stay at this hotel if they are visiting Niagara Falls.

I’m somewhat dissatisfied with my stay at Kings Inn Niagara Falls. I paid nearly $600 for a 3-night stay, and upon arrival, I was unexpectedly charged an additional $34.95 fee. That didn’t sit right with me, especially after already spending so much. The room was somewhat decent, but overall, the experience didn’t meet the expectations I had for the price. I believe guests deserve clear communication about all fees upfront and better value for their money. While the location might be convenient, I’d recommend looking elsewhere if you’re expecting more transparency and consistency.

Great little motel. This is not a 5 star hotel so don’t expect much. I would say this is 5 star motel with the price, location and pool!

We were very grateful we were able to check in earlier than expected & rest from our flight. Plenty of things, especially the falls, within walking distance, which was a plus at savings money on Uber.

Get rid of the check out guy !!!

Checking in was great and for the price the room was great ! The only hotel with easy and FREE parking! Just dont ask questions when checking out ! VERY rude guy who got an attitude with me when I was jokingly asking the girl working bedide him a question!!!
