Stay was great. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool but looked great. The rooms were so great. The hallways had some different smells and had wore out carpet. Would stay again. Can’t beat the locations. Walking distance for everything.

While most hotels in my experience are able to accommodate early check in (for a fee of course) they were not able to. The suggested I try again later... but it really made no sense at that time! The parking fee was $40 per night which I thought was a bit high... especially since they didn't have continental breakfast either... so just racking up extra costs left and right. The key cards stopped working after 1-2 uses... and housekeeping woke us up at 9am on our check out day. Check out isn't until 11am. Staff were friendly though for the most part. But... it wasn't the best experience overall. They did redeem themselves quite a bit though at the end. Upon leaving my mother lost one of her hearing aids in the room. We couldn't find it anywhere! I reported it at checkout and they said they would contact us if found by staff. Only a couple hours later we received a call that they found it. Saved my mom a lot of inconvenience and money. So that was much appreciated!

Hotel was not busy. It was a cold first of June. Outdoor bar looked great. Would have liked to have seen it on a warmer night. Room was quiet & comfortable facing the court yard. A lot of add ons with the bill. Base price of $79 ended up at $160 with all of the taxes & fees.

Not a Boutique Hotel. Low standard of decor and comfort. Lots of fake stuff to make it look old but just makes it look cheap. too expensive to park when there is a $10.00 parking area accross the road. Superior room was less than average.

A beautiful main building and outdoor patio areas along with a beautiful albeit pricey restaurant. We picked the hotel as it allowed dogs. I specified online in my booking that we required no stairs due to our dog recovering from recent surgery. He is 65lbs and too heavy to carry. We received a room on the third floor at the furthest possible end of the building that also had stairs after the elevator took us to the floor. The room was very far from the closest parking making it very inconvenient to bring up our belongings . If the hotel could not accommodate the access requested, they should have contacted me so I could have booked elsewhere, unfortunately at the late afternoon time we arrived it was too late to do so. Something also to make note of is that there are NO microwaves in the rooms??? The front desk was very accommodating to warm up our food in their kitchen however.

We had a great stay with our two kids. The hotel is very cute and clean. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Pool was nice and breakfast was delicious! Also a close walk to Clifton Hill. Definitely recommend!
