Great Hotel!!

Was a great place to stay. I have mobility issue's so it was close to where we needed to go. The breakfast was a nice surprise as well. Would definitely stay again!!

It’s Portrayed so good in pictures in internet but when you go there it’s a motel in very bad condition . Very small bed and dim lighting and torn curtains . Totally disappointed to pay 400$ for the stay .

Did not enjoy. Staff had problems seeing paper working and screens. They need glasses!!!! They gave us the wrong room and it took some time to adjust. Additional charge not expected. Terrible stay.

We booked a river view room and were told we would be on the top floor but the top floor was on floor 7 and they put us on floor 6. Not really a great view. We got a partial view. For what we paid we should have been on floor 7. The parking was free and the breakfast was great.

WHAT A SCAM Avoid this hotel.

I reserved and paid for a king room on the top floor (7th) and was given a room on the 5th floor. I was charged, hidden fees on my credit card when I returned home, along with a $11.50 resort fee. Total hidden charges of $36.50. This hotel is an old dump. You should not even offer them within your service. Hotels.com claims "what you see is what you pay". LIAR I will never stay at another QUALITY.

Great proximity for everything - room is good for the price but found floors were dirty. The included breakfast was great and the staff lady there was so great. It was great to have an indoor pool. All in all I’d recommend.

Go for it

Great for the price. Budget friendly. Decent breakfast. Nothing over the top but was clean With a great location to the falls park. We parked our rental car and never needed to drive it for three days. Next door to Skyon tower. Our room had direct view of the American side falls and of the fireworks that happen at 10pm every night. Would absolutely go back. Walking distance to everything. Free parking. No trouble finding a spot…In late June.

OVER HYPED MOTEL

They denied to give the falls view room that we booked with premium price... Their excuse was "you did reservation via THE THIRD PARTY" (hotel.com)" On top of it, the air-condition didn't work... it was very uncomfortable night. DON'T recommend this over-hyped MOTEL, get something better near by for lot less.

Needs a lot of improvement

The only good thing going for this hotel is the location close to the falls. Other than that it is essentially a motel with basic necessities. The pictures look much nicer than the actual rooms. When I booked it, I didn’t realize that courtyard view means you’re not in the main building but rather in motel style hotel with entrance to the room right from the parking lot. The interior decor is all over the place. Is it contemporary, traditional, classical, it’s all mix and match. Room is extremely dated. I mean really dated. Air conditioning is very loud, noise level is horrible. Every time someone above you or next to you taking a shower or using a washroom, you hear everything as if it’s in your room. Bed is so so, you can feel springs as you turn. They get you by advertising free parking and free breakfast. While parking is a plus, breakfast is only basic. They didn’t even have things like cream cheese, bagels, or bananas. We didn’t try pool or hot tub as it looked like it was not very clean. And to top it all off, Hotels.com does not include resort fee that this hotel and all other hotels in the area charge. So it was another $35. I strongly suggest booking other hotels in the area even if parking is $15-20 and breakfast is not included. There are many options nearby.
