The staff were very friendly and helpful. The building is old, stained carpets, scratched furniture. It needs a good renovation. The gym is small, has the basics. The coffee was horrible! Location is good, not too much parking but close enough to the casino and main entertainment area as well as the Falls. For the price, however, I expected better physical property value.

Awesome stay

impressive. Given the low cost of the stay my expectations were not high but we had an excellent stay. Staff were amazing, so helpful, kind to the kids who were there for a hockey tournament and did anything they could to enhance our stay, particularly Tim the manager. Rooms were spacious and clean, with daily cleaning. We will be back for sure.

Impressive for price. Excellent staff

So impressive. Given the low cost of the stay my expectations were not high but we had an excellent stay. Staff were amazing, so helpful, kind to the kids who were there for a hockey tournament and did anything they could to enhance our stay, particularly Tim the manager. When events are being held with children it would be appreciated for the staff to not allow yelling and running in the halls at midnight. I realize that this is also a parental duty. Did not get much sleep on last night's stay and we are not young people. It would also be nice if you put a shelf in the shower for toiletries. The floor option is not convenient. Thankyou

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel it was very clean with super friendly staffs. My only complaint are the noisy beds in our room. If you just turn in the bed you heard noise. They need better beds. But otherwise our stay was great. I would stay there again for sure..

Excellent Service, Just a stroll to the Falls.

Excellent service on check in. Hotel is quite clean. Room was comfortable. Just far enough from the falls to be away from the noise, but close enough to walk to Clifton Hill and the Falls. Would be back.

The hotel was clean, there was a lot of facilities, specially if you go with kids. (pool, game room) Stuff was friendly. We arrived in morning, and they let to park the car over there even if we checked-in only at 4 pm.
