We were bringing our bikes to cycle the Niagara river trail. We had a room on the main floor and were able to bring easily our bikes in our room. The staff gave us a free parking ticket to drive closer to the falls, which was very appreciated. Shopping and restaurant at MapleLeaf Place, 2 minutes walk. Free Breakfast was very good and a big dining area.

Breakfast was great and overall everything was fine. The refrigerator in the room was a bit noisy and the interior felt a little dated. We also missed having slippers provided. Still, overall we can recommend this place.

The staff was very nice and considerate. Room was clean and inviting. The surrounding area was ok across the street was lovely but the rest was meh especially if you didn’t have a front room. The only thing we didn’t like was no elevator.4 floors up and down multiple times a day was not fun. Honestly that’s our only complaint.. would stay there again but would ask for a room on the first floor.

I didn’t like anything the room is small the toilet is shaking,too much noisy when anyone upstairs use the bathroom I hear like in my room but in front desk there are so nice and respectful.

I stayed there overall 5 nights, it was really wonderful, easy access to the room, everything was clean and renovated, I got a change of Towels 3 times, but the quality of the towels left fur on the wet skin, I know that can be improved, as well the shower drain was slowly passing the dirty water down. Which took time for the next person to shower. Overall nice people, lovely staff, very quiet area. Breakfast was great, and had many options. I would recommend a stay here again.

The property was located in a nice area close to the falls. Receptionist stayed late to accommodate our arrival. - The breakfast staff on duty was exceptional in keeping the breakfast area tidy and well stocked at all time never running out no matter what time you arrived.

I really liked the location. Not far from all of the Niagara Parks attractions, but away from the congestion and not up the hill. We both use walkers and could get to our room without a problem. The only problem was having to use a few stairs to get to the registration desk, but we would stay there again.

There were hairs in the bed....our drain in the bathub wasnt draining...we requested a better room on the second night...wasnt any better...there was mold in the corner of the shower....from the outside the building looked abandoned....breakfast was ok but there could have been more seatings to accommodate all the guests....the staff was amazing though ..they tried their best to accommodate us.
