Some minor concerns to staff , but overall I would say 5. Room wasn't ready on time (at 4.00pm), even though we arrived early (3.00). By 4.00pm they give us only 1 room out of 3 booked, it took another hour to give us 2 other rooms. It was mentioned that by default they will clean the room and to opt-out need to explicitly tell them, or put privacy note on door. But cleaning didn't happen as promised had to ask for additional blankets and water. Liked: room cleanness, microwave. Rainforest cafe is inside hotels building! Easy parking. Nice aquarium decorations on first floor! Convinient location 10 minute walk to rainbow brige, niagara state park.

This is an excellent location as it is across the street from the casino and close to several restaurants to choose from all in walking distance. The area felt safe and the staff were very nice. The rooms are clean and updated. I love the pool area with the aquarium and was also able to enjoy arcade and family friendly restaurant located in the hotel with my daughter. I would highly recommend.

I felt really comfortable with my two grandsons at this hotel. The room were clean with enough space. I really liked the option that I was able to watch apps, such as Pluto on their television without an additional cost or logging into my own account.
