Money was stolen out of my room and a crib that wasn't mine was in the room when I returned from an outing. The police arrived and staff refused to speak to them.

Unpleasant experience

After waiting 2 hours for the room to ready the washroom had no shower gel. Despite getting a room service done the next day the shower gel was yet not replinished. The shower head was broken and so were the floor tiles in the shower area. The property seemed dated overall and needs renovation. The reception staff that attended to us was a trainee and was fairly rude.

The staff was not professional at front desk. Was getting agitated when you ask questions about niagara falls. The lady working around 4 am est on June 30th was very rude. She closed the door and did not answer any questions

Customer service was great and prompt, location felt secure. They need new pillows but room clean all around, including the shower. the restaurants in the hotel left a lot to be desired and all closed early many guest complaint about this. It was great to have the Casino across the street for food and bar, but sometimes after a long day you just want to stay in.

Room is average but clean. Beds are reasonably comfortable. Lobby is nice, check in was easy. Room HVAC is good. Bathroom is small and you do have to decide between hot water and water pressure. The pool was the worst part of the stay- it was absolutely filthy with black mold/mildew lining the pool walls and floor. Proximity to Niagara Falls State Park was convenient and walkable.

They charge you a daily amenity fee just to use the pool. Family of four only got three towels each day despite calling the front desk. I had to take pool towels. Buffet breakfast gross and overpriced.

No hotel parking — nearby parking is available for $20 per day. The walls are very thin, and you can hear all the noise from neighboring rooms. The AC is extremely loud. They advertise the indoor pool as the largest in the state, but that’s not true — it’s a regular-sized pool with nothing special about it. There is a Starbucks and a Rainforest Café inside the building. The food is average at best and overpriced. I would not stay here again.

Great location, average room

While the location of the hotel was great, the hotel room was a bit old. The mattresses were uncomfortable, the walls were paper thin, and the large gap under the main door allowed any noise from the hallway to be heard. Unfortunately, we did not have a good night’s sleep.
