It was a wonderful experience. It's a gorgeous hotel. Love the decor and how have embraced the beauty of the building. Our room was lovely. Nice little touches such as a welcome letter. The front desk person was phenomenal and kind. Their daily breakfast which is complimentary was great. We stayed for two days and they had different warm breakfast items and many options. The location is perfect by the Falls and Casino. More hotels need to strive to be like this one.

This place is so great! Staff is so welcoming and accommodating. Front desk staff is beyond impressive and personable. We come to NF every now and then and when we do, we stay at the Giacomo.
