The view from our room was breathtaking. The room was also gorgeous, clean, spacious, and the bed was super comfy. We would stay here again for sure as it was also within walking distance of everything!

Average hotel

The check-in system was efficient. We were on the 30th floor which was termed 'penthouse'. The elevators however only go to the 29th floor so in order to get to the 'penthouse' you need to use a smaller manual elevator to that floor. You have to press and hold the elevator button to order it and again to get to and from the 30th floor. When we got to our 'penthouse' room the AC was inop so we had to be switched to a different room. I had to make the journey down to the lobby in order to get the new key. In the new room was clean and the AC operational. However, the room had a very heavy chemical air refresher smell which caused me to wake up nauseated. The parking is about 3 blocks away. The shuttle service is very regular and the drivers were all very friendly. This hotel also doesn't have it's own fitness facility. You have to use the fitness center in the neighbouring hotel. When I got home I checked my credit card statement and found that the $200 deposit was processed twice. I called the hotel and was advised to monitor to ensure it was dropped after a few days or in 2 weeks. Beware! Overall the room was clean but I wouldn't recommend staying higher than the 29th floor. Getting to and from the 'penthouse' was too much of a hassle. For my next visit I plan to use one of the hotels with onsite parking and fitness facility.

Check in was great. Shuttle service is great. We stayed in the penthouse room which was nice but the air wasnt working. They had no rooms to move us and maintenance was in our room till 1:30a.m!! No fans to give us. Room was 83 degrees. We didnt get much sleep. What could have been a great stay....wasnt.

Our room was lovely although A LOT smaller than in the Expedia photos. However it was quiet and comfortable. The staff were very accommodating and eager to help, especially the valet shuttle staffer. There is no parking at the hotel site. Therefore parking is off-site accessible to and from by shuttle @ $40 plus tax a day. There were a few items not provided which I would have appreciated. There was no tub (but there was a great shower). There were no extra blankets. There was no microwave. However the bed was wonderfully comfortable and the pillows were awesome. It was a lovely stay but due to the off-site parking we may seek out another hotel another time.

We came to see Niagara Falls and were not disappointed. The 50 room hotel on 4 floors and overlooks the falls and though our room didn’t, one floor is a dedicated observation/restaurant floor so everyone gets a free view on floor 26. All staff were lovely but a special mention for Scott who suggested various trips inc.Niagara On The Lake which we did. Wow!

Very nice room. Staff was great. Convenient location. Only issue was no parking on site. They offer a shuttle which makes it manageable. I would absolutely stay again. Oh, and the 25th floor is accessible for an excellent view!
