This charming and very quiet villa, located in a secure residence with a large shared swimming pool and a petanque court, is perfect for a family vacation.
It is 94 square meters, has three bedrooms with plenty of storage space, a garden and can accommodate up to 6 people.
You will love its sea view and its location in the Vaugrenier district.

Super conciergerie, Convenient townhouse near Biot
Convenient and well-equipped townhouse in a gated community between Villeneuve-Loubet and Biot. Very friendly and flexible concierge, can only recommend.
