Beautiful house - Pool - Stunning views. Between Vence and St Paul

During the covid19 pandemic, we are committed to leaving 24 hours between each stay. Obviously, cleaning will be done scrupulously (smooth surfaces, switches ...) with products adapted by professionals.
House 200 m², private swimming pool 6.5x3.5m.
Breathtaking view of the hills and the Cagnes valley, sea view.
Large cathedral living room overlooking the swimming pool on one side and the kitchen-terrace on the other. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets.
8 beds (+ 1 baby bed, on request):
- 1 bedroom sleeps 2, with 140 bed and bathroom
- 1 bedroom sleeps 2, 140 (very comfortable sofa bed) and adjoining bathroom - wc
- 1 bedroom sleeps 2, with 140 mattress on tatami mats, on the floor and adjoining toilet
- 1 pool-house, sleeps 2 1 bed 140 and 1 bathroom-wc, overlooking the swimming pool
1 outdoor shower with hot water.
1 barbecue.

On-site parking, 1 space on the property for small cars and several spaces outside.
The 6.5x3.5m swimming pool is secured by a removable barrier (a liability waiver will have to be signed on your arrival).
Beautiful and large kitchen opening onto a terrace.
Ideally located between Vence and St Paul. A haven of greenery, very close to the seaside.
Residential area, very quiet.
- 5 km from Vence, a pleasant little town, many terraces and restaurants, its "Les Nuits du Sud" festival in July, many art galleries, Provencal market Tuesday and Friday morning, local fruit and vegetable producers on the "Grand Jardin" square every morning.
