Great view, close to everything

Perfect location for first timer. Great variety of restaurants, shops nearby; Promenade and old town too. Lovely modern apartment. Only thing missing might be a comforter or quilt on the beds for this time of year.

Stunning Views in central location

This apt was a beautiful space to relax and enjoy the hillside views of Nice. The dual aspect balconies were a perfect way to choose to watch the sunset or enjoy the morning sun. It was a short walk to the neighbouring pedestrian plazas as well as having a mini grocery market and pharmacy nearby. Weekends were lively at the nearby restaurants/bars. The beds were a little firm The beds were a little firm and we would have liked additional towels as we were there for a week.

Wonderful Apartment

We loved the location of the apartment which is within walking distance to most locations of interest. Many restaurants and 2 different markets within 1 block. The apartment was very comfortable and well stocked with whatever we needed. It was very clean and in a quiet building. We also really loved the Nestor and Jeeves App which gave us all the information we needed at our fingertips.

What can be said, Perfection

Just repeating other reviews, Perfect location. There are two grocery stores a block away as well as a bakery. Close to the farmers market which is unbelievably huge and fresh everything! Restaurants every where and shopping for anything. We walked everywhere but tram and buses super convenient and 1.50 euro to anywhere. Apartment is well appointed and great views from both sides of kitchen/living room.

Perfect Location in Nice

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay for a week in Nice. The location was perfect and not too far of a walk to all the great restaurants in Old Town. The Manager and Concierge were very helpful gettin us settled into the apartment. Also the elevator went out for awhile however they were right on it to make sure we knew it was being addressed. ( It was only out briefly). The views are spectacular and it's a very quiet place. We will definitely be returning!

Beautiful and spotlessly clean place!

Our family of four stayed here the end of August. The house was centrally located, beautiful terrace wrapped around the house which gave us a picturesque city Mountain View. Such a well designed layout with very modern and sleek furniture. A lot of lighting, closet space.. you name it. It’s all there. we’re already thinking about returning next year!!

35th anniversary

Location and place is second to none. Balconies reveal breathtaking views. Minor inconvenience is lack of basics such as hand soap, starter coffee pods. Salt/pepper, etc. many of these are usually left behind from previous visitors and can be useful to the new ones. Had to go shopping after our late arrival.

Stunning views

I found it a bit annoying that we had to pick the keys up from the office, which meant having to cart our cases around in the heat. This was a minor inconvenience though and when we got there I was really impressed how clean everything was and how well equipped the apartment was. There was a lot of attention to detail and great facilities. There is a supermarket nearby which was handy for getting supplies. The main thing we loved were the views from the roof terrace and the balconies. Perfect to sit with a drink in the evening or to sunbathe in the day. We did have an issue with leaky aircon which didn’t get fixed whilst we were there and we had to use a saucepan to catch the leaks in spite of us reporting it. This didn’t impact on our stay though. The location is perfect as there are a lot of bars and restaurants locally and it is a short walk to the beach. We also used the train and uber to explore other areas nearby.

Beautiful apartment in prime location

Beautifully appointed apartment, well equipped with everything you need. We loved the enormous terrasse for lounging in the sun and the view over rooftops. The area has many conveniences at your doorstep, and is a just a few minutes’ walk to the Promenade des Anglais' with the pedestrian used area of rue de France even closer. We also appreciated that the apartment is only 5 minutes’ walk from the Jean Médecin tramway stop on line 2, which brings you directly into the centre of the city from the airport. The apartment has thermostats in all rooms for personalized heating/cooling, and convenient electric blinds. Kitchen has everything needed, including a dishwasher. There is a washer an dryer, which we didn’t need to use, but which is useful, and small touches like hotel sized shower gel and shampoo were very nice. Comfortable beds, great WiFi, seating area very nice for our family get together. The building is secure and has a good elevator. We were ready to just move in and stay!

Property was great. Property Management meh.

The property was exactly as described. There were three of us and it good space. If we weren’t able to be outside - anymore than the 3 of us wouldn’t have a place to sit comfortably. But if the weather is good, there is plenty of room with the decks. The location was perfect. So close to the water and within a few minutes walk to the old town and all the markets and good shopping. Having parking was key as well. The property management company was a bit all over. They have an app but it wasn’t well organized and you had to go searching for emails for all the different items you needed such as address and codes and directions. It made things much more difficult than it needed to be. Directions weren’t all clear. There isn’t a phone number to call and everything was through a message on the app. I’d definitely stay again and would recommend The property!

Looks good in photos but not worth it!We stayed at this apartment in June 2025. While the unit itself is modern, airy, and bright with a lovely terrace view, the overall experience was disappointing and not worth the high price.Each room came with only two pillows, and despite requesting extra for my husband’s back issues, management refused. Towels were another frustration—only one thin, poor-quality towel per person was provided, and when we asked for an additional set so we could rotate them while washing, we were denied again. For the cost of this rental, this level of service is unacceptable.The check-in process was also inconvenient. Picking up keys from an office and then hauling luggage through crowded streets was a hassle. Inside the apartment, the app didn’t work at all, leaving us unable to properly use the washer and dryer. With no English instructions, our laundry came out soggy after five hours in the dryer.Despite being close to the beach, the apartment provides no beach towels or chairs, amenities we’ve had at other rentals in the area. To top it off, we were charged more than the quoted VRBO rate.Overall, the apartment looks nice on the surface, but the lack of basic necessities, poor management, and overcharging made this stay frustrating and not worth the money.

Very nice Christmas in Nice

It started very well by collecting our keys from the office locker and easily finding the flat, when we arrived on the eight floor and opened all the blinds in the apartment the light came through and the fantastic views of roof tops and mountains revealed themselves The decor of the flat is contemporary, mainly white with excellent lighting all around, the kitchen contains everything you will ever need for cooking and, as it was winter, we did quite a bit of that, bakers and a small supermarket are adjacent to the building and good butchers and cheese mongers are located at 10 minutes walk on Rue De France near the Church The walk on the pedestrian to get to the beach, old Nice and various restaurants is a pleasant one The bedrooms have comfortable beds and well appointed bathrooms with great rain showers, the big telly is modern with Netflix access and if you invest in a Amazon fire stick you will get UK channels as well The huge terrace is a pleasant place to sit and admire the gorgeous views All in all we spent an excellent 3 weeks in this apartment and will come back when we we want to come to Nice again Thanks to all at Nestor & Jeeves for facilitating our splendid stay Please provide a modern can opener as the ancient contraption available in the kitchen wouldn’t be recognised by anyone under the age of 50! A small self adhesive shelf for personal products in both shower cubicle would be a great improvement A new mop is a must!

Appartement très lumineux et confortable. Bien équipé. Très bien situé. Il n'y a absolument rien pour accrocher nos manteaux à l'entrée. Il faut utiliser les placards des chambres à coucher.

Centrally located spacious Apartment

Large open plan living area with large sun decks on two aspects. Two good en suite bedrooms again opening onto the terrace. Well equipped kitchen with all you would need. Very good air conditioning and TV with Netflix option. Very near main areas of Nice for shopping and dining. Minutes from the beach and main railway station. Overall a very good, clean, central base Not much. Some Bluetooth speakers to play background music perhaps. Fire escape instructions… just in case! Otherwise no issues.

Perfect Place in Nice

What an incredible apartment! This apartment is beautiful, just like the photos. We had 3 people staying here for a month and there was plenty of space (inside and outside) plus tons of cupboards/closet space too. The location is perfect for shopping, sightseeing, beaching and enjoying hundreds of amazing restaurants. We took advantage of the easy-to-use Nestor&Jeeves app to book our airport transfers and to book a mid-month cleaning as well. What a treat! Communication with the office was excellent. I highly recommend this luxurious apartment.

Perfect location, great views, lots of space, comfortable furniture. Top floor so no footsteps overhead. It would be useful to have a teapot, sugar bowl, milk pitcher. The blankets should have been cleaner.

Wonderful stay at Skylight Terrace

Perfect location, breathtaking views from the multiple terraces! We have stayed in many rentals in Nice and this is our favorite. The furnishings are modern and comfortable. The Nestor and Jeeves team are professional and responsive. We had a problem with the tv and Tiffany came right over to help . We had a package delivered and Alexander offered to drop it off on his way home. The entire team are helpful and friendly. I can’t think of anything that could have been better!
