Property was well located and easy to get to from the airport. Balcony provided exceptional views day and night. Air conditioning is in master bedroom. Rest is comfortable by flow through air from front balcony to back balcony. Communication with owner was very timely at all times.Highly recommended

France adventure

This was our first time in France. Maria was an excellent hostess and was more than helpful. Maria helped with places to eat, shop and visit. The accomodation was spacious, clean and inviting. We would definitely stay here again if we returned to France and would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in Nice. A great experience which left us sad to leave. Fabulous 7th floor apartment with Wonderful Terrace and Gorgeous Views!

Apartment was perfectly clean, a bit dated but elegant, comfortable and well suited for our needs. 7th floor terrace was a real highlight with breathtaking views! Elevator in building. Pool was great but it cost extra to use it, which wasn't made clear in the booking. A well equipped apartment with excellent wi-fi. Good location for exploring Nice and the surrounding areas, but you'll need a car, and free parking is provided. I would definitely stay here again!

Magnifique appartement et vue imprenable

L’appartement était vraiment superbe et l’hôte des plus sympathiques. La vue de la terrasse sur Nice et l’aéroport était fantastique. Il ne manquait que quelques petites cuillères. Toutefois, nous n’avons pas réussi à profiter de l’immense piscine car le préposé à la piscine prétendait ne pas trouver les tickets nous y donnant accès que la proprio avait réservé pour nous. Dommage car il faisait très chaud ce jour là.

Très bon séjour. Super accueil des propriétaires (Guy, Maria et leur fille Maïni) nous on accueilli et suivi tout au long du séjour. Bel appartement avec une vue incroyable sur la mer et Nice) grande terrasse ou il faisait bon prendre les petits déjeuner et déjeunés

Super séjour

Comme le titre l’indique nous avons passez passer un super séjour. Accueil des hôtes au top ☺️ Un grand merci à Maria et Guy. Propreté irréprochable et soignée. L’appartement dispose également du parfait équipement pour aller à la plage ( glacière parasols et chaises) Cela nous a permis de passer un super moment en famille à la plage alors que cela n’étais pas prévue ☺️ Et notre gros coup de cœur c’est la vue incroyable sur la mer ça fais plaisir de ce réveiller le matin🥰

Très bon séjour chez Maria

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Nous avons reçu un très bon accueil de la part de Maria. L’échange est très facile en amont de l’arrivée et les indications précises. L’appartement est resté « d’époque » ;) mais il nous a très bien convenu, très bien équipé, pratique, proche des transports et de la plage , et avec une superbe vue, Top!

Une copropriété de grand standing avec des vues sublimes sur la Méditerranée.

Un bel appartement traversant avec des vues splendides sur le mer depuis le balcon du 7eme étage. La présence de la piscine et des tables de Ping pong est un atout supplémentaire. Des hôtes charmants et très disponibles.
