This property is all about the patio. The apartment itself is very serviceable nothing particularly fancy about it. It has very very basic utensils in the kitchen. There were barely enough wine glasses if you were four people staying there. And it’s not one of those rentals that has any sort of staple of Food items like olive oil, salt and pepper, etc.. We were there for nine nights and we left with three rolls of toilet paper. So plan to bring your own supplies, including shampoo, soap, etc.. there was no coffee or coffee filters. And there is really no convenient store to walk to unless you are a lover of hills and stairs. That said, I absolutely loved this location. It is a very nice building. It is very quiet. We Uberd most places, Nice, Eze Village, St. Paul DeVence etc.. transportation is down the hill and will get you to all Beach locations. About a 15 Uber ride to the main train station in Nice.

Stunning view from fabulous space

We were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the view was from Villa Henrietta with big glass doors looking out onto an expansive terrace. A well designed layout gave a spacious feeling. Air conditioning was very welcome in the bedrooms as it was very hot. Outdoor dining was delightful with a beautiful awning to protect from too much sun and a lovely separate lounge area for relaxing with a book and glass of rosé. We especially loved the outdoor shower after a hard day at the beach! Would highly recommend.

Well presented and comfortable apartment

Lovely apartment, well presented and good quality, modern fixtures and fittings. Well equipped kitchen to cook for a family with cleaning products supplied. The photos are a good representation of the property and the outside space is a big bonus. You can walk into town via the steps, we took the lazy route home via taxi at €15. Villefranche itself is a lovely harbour town with good selection of restaurants and bars. Good position for exploring the surrounding area by car but also easy access to bus stops and train station. There is a small supermarket within easy walking distance of the apartment. Really enjoyed our stay!
