I had an AMAZING stay! I was only in town for one night. I chose this hotel because it had better reviews and it was less than 10 mins from the airport. Check in was a breeze, literally less than 5 mins. The staff were amazing. Jaylyn was the hostess on duty and she made sure that my stay was nothing less than relaxing. I was honestly running on less than 2 hours of sleep and had a jam packed day. Jaylyn made sure that my stay was restful and that the room was to my liking. The customer service at this location provided by Jaylyn is definitely noteworthy. When in town again, Iâll be staying here.
The rooms were nice and very spacious. Thereâs a large fridge, dishwasher, kitchenette (no stove), a couch, walk in shower, and large bed. The room was clean and thereâs a nice machine on each floor.

My stay was great and Kevin was amazing. He made sure our room was ready and that we had all we needed. I've stayed here before and high standards for service and room did not disappoint. Thank you so much Kevin for making our stay a good one,
After my 1years old caught a virus and we had to drive out for 6 hours I asked to give me a late check in ! The manageur and the employee both refused said they overbooked and that if I stay pass 11 am they will charge me for additional day !! Definitely unnecessary they could at least extended if 30 more min ! Customer service is sucks for a hotel located in Niceville !!
We have stayed at home two suites in North Carolina and was much more satisfied there. The air conditioner in our bedroom was too loud to run at night and they would not fix it but we asked several times. Also, the breakfast was extremely limited compared to the home two suites in North Carolina. The staff was friendly just not helpful. Overall we give it a three star rating.
