This comfortable and cozy 2 room apartment, on about 50 m² with an open gallery in the living area, is located in a quiet, central residential area of the Baltic Sea resort Nienhagen. It is an excellent starting point for your excursions in the area. You enter a bright and friendly furnished apartment in which you can end the day comfortably after a varied and enjoyable holiday. The living room with integrated kitchen area and the bedroom offer enough space for up to 4 people. A south-facing balcony with a seating group invites you to linger in the sea air. The open gallery in the living area is accessible via a staircase. Here is a comfortable double bed (1,40mx 2,00m - full mattress) The bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds and a wardrobe. The bathroom is bright and very spacious with a shower. For the entertainment provide TV (cable connection), DVD player, stereo with CD player. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook together. On the property is a free parking space for a car available. For bicycles, there is a separate bike shed where they can be parked and locked. The Baltic Sea Nienhagen is located between Warnemünde (about 9 km) and Heiligendamm (about 2km), Bad Doberan (about 6km) and Kühlungsborn about 10 km) and. The Baltic Sea Cycle Route runs very close to the water and offers romantic views of the lake. The Baltic Sea resort has a beautiful sandy beach within a short walking distance, numerous restaurants and cafes as well as an auntie-emma shop and a bakery for its guests. There is also a bike rental service. Nienhagen has a very good connection to public transport.  The apartment is not only ideal for summer holidays. Also in spring and autumn she invites z. B. to a relaxing short breaks.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.

Urlaub in Nienhagen

Es psste alles, auch das Wetter hat. mitgespielt Toller Urlaub gerne wieder (ein kleiner Wemutstropfen sei erlaubt ln der oberen Etage könnte ein Schrank oder eine kleine Komode stehen für Kleidung usw.) Sonnst alles Top die Wohnung ist zu empfehlen.

Schöner erholsamer Aufenthalt

Die Lage ist prima, viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung ist sehr nett eingerichtet und gemütlich. Kühlschrank und Waschmaschine könnten erneuert werden.

sehr schöne Wohnung, schlechtes Reinigungsteam

Es ist eine sehr schöne Wohnung, die Betten sind bequem, die Lage ist super, der Balkon ist schön und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Es wäre hilfreich, wenn ein Geschirrhandtuch und ein Abtropfgestell vorhanden wären, da das Handabwaschen so doch sehr erschwert war. Leider hatte das Reinigungsteam schlecht gearbeitet. In meinem Bett lagen noch viele Haare und der Schlafanzug vom Vorgänger. Das geht garnicht!! Aber das hat nichts mit der Wohnung zu tun, die wirklich schön war.

Schöne Unterkunft, wie beschrieben.

Die FW liegt in einen ruhigen Mehrfamilienhaus am Ende einer Straße. Von hier aus kann man schöne Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung machen. Würden die FW immer wieder buchen.

Sehr schöne, super ausgestattete Ferienwohnung

Ich kann nur positives über die Ferienwohnung sagen. Sie war sehr sauber, super ausgestattet, man hat wirklich alles was man benötigt und noch darüber hinaus. Die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung war ebenso klasse. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus in sehr ruhiger Lage. Bis zu wunderschönen Steilküste von Nienhagen sind es nur wenige Gehminuten, bis nach Warnemünde mit dem Auto auch nur ein Katzensprung. Sehr gern wieder, vielen Dank.
