Great for family vacations, friend group get togethers and golf trips.

The recently remodeled boathouse steps from the lake is the definition of lakeside luxury. Complete with a full dry kitchen -refrigerator, microwave, oven - living room with fireplace, sleeper sofa and smart TV, and bunk room with Twin XL bunks, this is the ideal place to keep your beverages cool while you enjoy the lake, prepare lunch for your group, take a break from the sun, or hang out in the evening right by the lake. Or gather at the firepit (owner provided firewood) to watch the sunset and then gaze at the stars. Or head up to the main cabin and enjoy the fresh breezes and lake views from the large patio or deck.

The main cabin has 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms,2 kitchens, 2.5 bathrooms and 2 laundry areas.

KITCHENS- There are two full kitchens besides the boathouse. Both kitchens have refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven, and fully stocked plates, glasses, utensils, and cooking necessities. Its fun to have breakfast upstairs and spill out onto the deck for morning sunshine, and use the basement kitchen that is immediately next to the grill to enjoy sunset views with dinner. The upstairs kitchen has a large eat in table for 8 plus deck seating for 6-8 plus the adjoining living room banquette seating for 5-7. The basement kitchen also has a 2- person coffee table as it is where the Kuerig coffee maker, regular and coffee supplies are set up for your enjoyment.

LIVING ROOMS- Both living rooms have fireplace and smart TVs, AC and fans. The basement living room has two sleeper sofas and toys and games for family fun.

PARKING
Parking is sufficient for 5-7 cars plus boat trailer or 8 or so cars.

BEDROOMS
Bedroom 1: KING BED plus adjoining half bath. Closet, dresser, night stands, extra blankets and pillows. AC unit here cools the other two bedrooms as well (keep doors open while cooling).
Bedroom 2: Queen bed and nearby full bath. Dresser drawer, night stand, closet.
Bedroom 3: Queen bed and nearby full bath. Closet but no dresser or night stand (smaller bedroom).
Bedroom 4: Queen bed, night stands, closet, ceiling fan (in basement and stays very cool). Near Full bath.
