The hotel was really nice place to stay with many different kinds of hot springs. The dinner buffet was great as well the breakfast. The first staff who took care of our check-in (I think she was Chinese lady) spoke super-fast Japanese that I had a tough time understanding (by the way, I am Japanese). I know that check-in can be busy with people waiting for their turn but wish that she spoke a bit slower. Otherwise, it is a wonderful place to stay!

1つの施設で5種類の泉質の温泉（温度調整目的での若干の加水はあるようですが、基本かけ流し）が1か所の大浴場で楽しめるというのは非常に魅力的です。チェックイン直後、夜、翌朝の3回楽しみました。 お部屋はロビーからは最も近いけど浴場からは一番遠い南館でしたが、お部屋は非常にきれいで清潔で満足です。 朝食のみ館内でいただきましたが、地元の食材を利用したメニューも多く、こちらも満足です。 再訪したい場所です。

The breakfast and dinner buffet were very high quality. The Kaiseki dinner wasn't too impressive, given how much it costs. We didn't like some of the dishes, and there was too much food for the kids without an option to pay for a smaller kids portion.

A big property, with more than 12 onsen pools, pretty old n quite rundown. Clean and tidy, staff efficient, food excellent esp buffet dinner 7600 jpy with crab claws, and lots of shashimi thats fresh. Variety is good, breadfast is also good. However, lots of tourist buses and can be crowded. I had normal twin bed and its okay. Location, very near hell valley. Overall , its quite an experience.

Excellent hotel, check in was smooth and easy. Parking was convenient. Room was huge for 3 single western bed, plenty of room to move around. Onsen facilities was great, some area may need upgrade. Breakfast selection was wide.
