The detached holiday home built in 1956, was renovated in 2010 and is furnished in a typical country style. The property is located on a farm. Also due to the view over woods from the property and its secluded location at the edge of the forest the domicile is popular. Available for use: sunbathing lawn, sun lounger, children's playground and swing.

Nights. The holiday home is located on a farm, on a 4000 sqm enclosed forest plot with meadow, shrubs and trees, bordered by a wall. The landlord lives permanently in a separate building on the property. Large ground floor structure, a few steps from the forest Secluded area just steps from the forest. Access is via a path (rubble or gravel). Parking (for 3 cars) is available in a carport.

air conditioning, electric heating. Facilities: internet access (WLAN), iron, ironing board and washing machine. TV reception takes place via antenna, electric wire. TV channels only in local language. The accommodation is set up allergy-free and has hypoallergenic pillows. All bathrooms are equipped with an emergency call line.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with CO2 detector and fire extinguisher.

All pools are available for exclusive use. Outdoor pool (usable from mid April to end of October, with views of the surroundings, salt water, 4 m x 10 m, depth 1,4 m).

Living/bedroom (30 sqm, walk-through room) with 1 double bed (Kingsize), sitting area, TV and dining area (6 seats). All windows and external doors are secured with fly screens. Kitchen (15 sqm, walk-through room) with electric stove (induction stove, 2 plates), oven, fridge (icebox), coffee machine, capsule machine, toaster and electric kettle. All windows and external doors are secured with fly screens. Bathroom (10 sqm) with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet, hairdryer and window.
