This Luxury Beach house is only an 8 minute walk to the Marriott beach and restaurants, making it a perfect location for your stay in Aruba. A grocery store is a short 4 minute walk from the house. Our home has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms. We have a private 9 hole mini golf course and a Game Room for your enjoyment.
The kitchen has all the amenities to make a home cooked meal whether it's for breakfast or dinner. Drink coffee in the morning while relaxing on our outdoor patio furniture or sip a drink while relaxing in our beautiful pool.
During your stay at this holiday home, you're just a quick walk from Palm Beach. Enjoy features like an outdoor pool, laundry facilities and an arcade/games room. The holiday home offers a kitchen and 3.5 bathrooms.

We can’t say enough good things about our stay in Aruba. The home is an easy, quick drive/ taxi from the airport. Derek and Romi are very welcoming host and the home is awesome! They gave us lots of recommendations for food, activities and rentals as well as spots to visit for sightseeing and shopping. They are very communicative and responded to all of our requests in a timely, detailed manner. Truly genuine and kind people. We would definitely book here again when we come back to Aruba. 10 out of 10 experience.

Beautiful home! Loved the mini golf!!

We’ve rented a lot of wonderful VBRO’s, but Derek and Romina are hands-down the best hosts we’ve ever had! You instantly feel like family… they helped us with plan our itinerary, get discounts at restaurants, confirm our rental car, find a close by church service and more. With their help, we were able to see so much more during our short stay. We visited all the best beaches (including including baby beach, which was our favorite), natural bridge, ruins, lighthouse, a lesser known cave pool, amazing snorkeling reef & shipwreck, and then swam with turtles. The house is beautiful (the pictures are accurate), in a great location, very clean, and our teenagers LOVED playing mini golf in the front yard everyday! Very unique and fun feature!! We also really appreciated that beach towels and chairs were provided, as well as, the house having a washer/dryer. The house is very close to the water - Our daughter is a runner, so she easily ran through the neighborhood to the beach, up and down the coast, and back. Overall, great location, great house, great hosts!!

Aruba’s greatest place!

Our stay at this luxury home was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish , everything about this rental exceeded our expectations. The hosts (Derek and Romina) were so welcoming, helpful and so friendly. They recommended places to go and see as well as great restaurants to eat. We were blown away with the cleanliness and modern updated style of this home. This place has everything for everyone. It has a 9 hole putt putt golf , foosball and pac man arcade game. Best of all it has a private pool area that is gorgeous. The house is in a quiet area that is close to beach, shops, and restaurants. Location is perfect! Thank you Derek and Romina. We will definitely be back!

Best place to stay in Aruba!

Couldn’t have picked a better place for our stay in Aruba. The location can’t be beat, super close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The villa is super chic and clean. The beds are very comfortable and the shower water pressure is superb. We really enjoyed playing some mini golf and foosball. The pool area felt like our own private resort, very relaxing. Our hosts, Derek and Romina were ver communicative and accommodating to all our needs. They had great recommendations on where to eat, best beaches to go to and other great things to do around Aruba! Cannot recommend Arubeach Villas enough! Thank you Derek and Romina!

Noord Carnival Family Trip

Do not hesitate to book this property. My cousins and I recently spent a 5 day vacation at Derek and Romina's property during the Carnival season. They were extremely responsive in the days leading up to our arrival and during our stay. The check in provided an opportunity to get to know them and Derek was kind enough to deliver an item that had been left behind after our departure and was so helpful during out check out. The property is very well kept, modern and clean. The neighborhood is ideal for a peaceful getaway and the private pool was an added bonus. We would gladly return to this gem of a property!

Great Family Rental with Best Hosts Ever

Aruba is a great location for a family vacation. There is plenty to do for all age ranges of children. We loved the Jolly Pirate Cruise, Baby Beach, Butterfly farm, off roading, wild donkeys, downtown markets, water sports, etc. Costs are reasonable and we felt very safe. This house is perfect for families with a 9 hole putt putt course, huge TV and game room. The house is newly remodeled and modern. Rooms are spacious. You have everything you need to cook and grill. The pool has a bathroom and outdoor shower. You can walk to the beach grocery store and casinos. There are also 2-3 new apartments on the property with a separate entrance that can be rented if you have a large group. The owners are phenomenal hosts. We cannot overstate how kind they were and how much they did to ensure our trip was a success. It was like having a personal concierge. It was our first trip to Aruba. They helped us plan activities, set up reservations and deal with issues that popped up. They really go the extra mile. We definitely want to go back and rent from them again.
