It is a private house and shares no areas with other guests.

It has a private Pool. BBQ area, outside sitting area, large living room, dining area and large kitchen. It also has laundry for guest use.

The whole house will be entirely yours including the patio during the stay.
As for Beach Essentials, we only offer Beach Chairs and Cooler.

Located in one of the most prestigious locations on the Island our house is 5-minutes drive to Beaches, Convenience store, Superfood, Banks, Pharmacy, Gas station, Restaurants & bars, Starbucks, Movies, Open-air shopping malls.

Everything about this place was perfect for my family. It was close to everything. It had all we need to enjoy the beach (chairs, cooler, beach umbrellas). Property was well kept and fun. Definitely will be back!!!!

We were 5 adults sharing this home. One couple and 3 singles. The bedroom configuration was perfect for us. We particularly appreciated the location of the home, just 5 minutes to grocery stores and the beaches! It is great that the property provided beach chairs and a cooler also. We are already looking forward to our return!

Property is just as listing shows. Very clean in safe neighborhood with a great outdoor space. New pool and great patio nice mix of sun and shade. House is stocked with chairs and cooler for the beach. We had a few challenges and Alex was very responsive and took care of everything. I highly recommend

This was our first visit to Aruba and we really enjoyed our stay at Viva Koyari. Upon our arrival we were welcomed by Alex, the property owner. He recommended several excellent restaurants and places to visit and answered all of our questions. We found everything to be exactly as in the photos. It was spotless and well equipped with everything you could need in the kitchen, laundry room, and for the beach - beach towels and chairs. Each bedroom and the living room, had a it's own TV and it's own air conditioning control so everyone could control their own room temperature. The house had excellent WiFi and the layout was perfect for a family or several couples. The master bedroom is one side of the house and two other separate bedrooms are on the other side of the house with their own bathroom. It is also equipped with a house alarm but it is in a safe neighborhood, close to Super Foods (a nice grocery store) and the "strip" with all the high rise hotels and beaches. I would recommend renting a car so you can see all parts of the island as it is beautiful. We definitely enjoyed our stay and hope to be back some day.
