Sehr schönes uns sehr strandnahes Objekt.

Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und ist sehr zentral und strandnah gelegen. Es war auch bis auf die Fenster alles sauber und schön eingerichtet. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und kommen gern wieder. Auch das kleine zweite Schlafzimmer war völlig ok. Es ist zwar sehr klein aber irgendwie auch sehr gemütlich dadurch.

Nordseeurlaub

Ruhig gelegene, Moderne und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung im 1.Og. Wirklich komplett ausgestattet. Vermietzentrale, Bäcker, Restaurants, Geschäfte, fußläufig erreichbar. Sandstrand zu Fuß in ca. 3 Minuten erreichbar. Badewillige sollten die Gezeiten beachten, sonst mietet man sich für 7€ am Tag einen Strandkorb und steht nur im Schlick. Freibad Ocean Wave ist aber auch in der Nähe. Tipp: das Restaurant im Fischereihafen besuchen. Als Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradtouren in die Umgebung und nach Norden sehr geeignet. Wer sich günstig verpflegen möchte, kauft am besten im Supermarkt am Ortseingang von Norddeich ein.

Schöne und saubere Ferienwohnung. Die Küche ist wunderbar ausgestattet, das Bad ist klein aber fein und wir haben die Wohnung in einem sehr sauberen Zustand bekommen.

Es ging so!

Wohnzimmer, 1. Schlafzimmer und Küche waren toll eingerichtet. Gute Ausstattung - modern und schick. Leider war das 2. Schlafzimmer die absolute Katastrophe und verdient leider nicht den Namen "Schlafzimmer", sondern war eher nur als Abstellraum oder Ankleidezimmer zu gebrauchen. Dieses Zimmer war nur ca 6 - 7 qm und hatte anstatt eines Fensters nur einen aus Glasbausteinen gemauerten Lichtschacht zum Treppenhaus hin - d.h. es gab keine Frischluft. Eigentlich unzumutbar. Leider wurde das in der Beschreibung mit keinem Wort erwähnt. Wir hätten diese Wohnung dann auf keinen Fall gebucht. Die 3. mitreisende Person hat aus diesem Grund das Sofa im Wohnzimmer als Bett genutzt. Im Bad (auch ohne Fenster) fehlte leider ein richtiger Ablüfter und es gab keine Duschmatte (war zwar im Wäschepaket auch nicht aufgelistet, wir hatten trotzdem damit gerechnet-gehört ja auch irgendwie dazu). Das Funktionieren der elektrischen Rolläden im Wohnzimmer war Glücksache. Ein W-Lan Password fehlte uns auch - das kannten wir aus anderen FeWo anders. Die Lage der Wohnung war dagegen super - Deich, Wellenbad, Spieleland, Seehundstation - alles fußläufig schnell zu erreichen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit Top-Lage

Gerne schließe ich mich meinen Vorschreibern an, dass man sich vom äußeren Eindruck des Hauses keinesfalls täuschen lassen darf. Die Wohnung machte einen super Eindruck, mit Bedacht und vor allem mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Sehr modern und sehr gut gepflegt. Der Strand ist in 2 Minuten zu erreichen und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Hier waren wir bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal.

Schöne Wohnung, tolle Lage

Die Wohnung ist recht neu renoviert und hergerichtet. Schöne Wohnung. Endlich mal genug Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden. Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, E-Grill... alles da. Das Haus selber ist schon was älter. Auch die Hausordnung ist eher abschreckend. Hauseingang und dazugehöriger Parkplatz sind weit auseinander. Parkplätze sind recht schmal. Die Lage der Wohnung ist allerdings super. Alles fußläufig erreichbar. Deich, Strand, Bäcker, Lokale....

Sehr schöne, modern eingerichtete, Ferienwohnung

Der äußere Schein trügt. Das Haus sah von außen nicht gut aus. Die positive Überraschung kam beim Öffnen der Wohnungstür. Moderne, renovierte Wohnung. Auch die Küche läßt keine Wünsche offen. Kann man nur empfehlen. Würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen.

Die FEWO war sehr gut ausgestattet, uns hat nichts gefehlt. Nur das 2. Schlafzimmer war sehr klein, aber für 1 Kind ok. Die Lage ist sehr zentral.
