Great stay in Norderney

Excellent central location and very nice facility. We enjoyed our stay for a few nights, it was a child friendly environment and located close to several bike rental places. Highly recommended. Thanks again.

Sehr große Defizite.....!

Mit großer Vorfreude sind wir im Juli 2015 nach Norderney gereist und leider entsprach die Wohnung überhaupt nicht unseren Vorstellungen und die ersten sieben Bewertungen waren wohl offensichtlich von der gleichen Person geschrieben: die eine Matratze ist eine totale Katastrophe, die Couch ebenfalls....Rückenschmerzen sind vorprogrammiert. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist eigentlich eine Frechheit. Gerade mal drei Trinkgläser, kein Toaster, die Brettchen und Schüsseln und das "Werkzeug" sind schon bisschen ekelig. (Eine Spülmaschine ist schon seit Jahren eigentlich Standard.) Wozu eine Endreinigung bezahlt werden soll, kann ich auch nicht nachvollziehen: Haarbüschel in den Ecken von Bad und Schlafzimmer. Die Badarmaturen müssen dringend gereinigt werden. Jede Menge Staub an Kanten und auf Schränken....ich habe eigentlich keine Lust zur Anreise erst die Wohnung zu reinigen! Da nützen auch drei Flat-TVs nichts. Die große Eckleuchte in der Wohnküche kann eigentlich entsorgt werden, völlig unbrauchbar. Ebenso der Schuhschrank - der fällt beim Öffnen komplett auseinander. Den Buchungsprozess empfand ich als holprig: kein schriftlicher Vertragssabschluss, nur ein paar E-Mails. Erst auf Nachfragen wurden die Zahlungseingänge bestätigt.....bis zur Anreise hatte ich die Befürchtung "hier stimmt was nicht....gibt's die Wohnung überhaupt?". Mir war das sichere Unterstellen unserer Räder sehr wichtig, weshalb wir im Vorfeld der Buchung beim Vermieter dies angefragt haben. Der zugesagte Kellerraum war unbrauchbar, da die Kellertreppe zum Transport der Räder zu schmal ist; wir waren schon sehr sauer über diesen Umstand. Zur Schlüsselübergabe vor Ort wurde uns zwar eine Kontaktperson genannt mit der wir auch kurz telefoniert haben; der Schlüssel wurde aber lediglich auf der Hausnummernleuchte für uns deponiert...kein persönlicher Kontakt?! Die Lage der Wohnung ist ganz gut, das Potential der Wohnung ist vorhanden aber die Ausstattung sollte dringend überarbeitet werden, ebenso eine ordentliche Grundreinigung. Eigentlich eine Schande, denn aus der Wohnung könnte man was machen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt norderneytypisch nicht, aber das ist hier auf der Insel wohl normal, zumal auch kein Balkon vorhanden ist. Positiv zu erwähnen sind die elektrischen Rollos an allen Fenstern, das gute W-Lan sowie die große bequeme Dusche.

Zentral gelegen und trotzdem ruhig

Ein schönes Appartement mitten im Zentrum gelegen und gleichzeitig ruhig. Sehr modern eingerichtet und sauber. In nur einer Minute gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und in wenigen Minuten kommt man zum Strand .

Toller Aufenthalt

Wohnung ist klein, aber sehr schön! Für Babies und Kleinkinder top (Wickelunterlage, Badeeimer, Kinderbesteck und -Geschirr), Spiele, Stifte…. Alles da, was man benötigt. Lediglich das Ehebett wäre verbesserungswürdig und es fehlt an großen Schüsseln um mal einen Salat anzurichten oder ähnliches. Super zentral und vorab wurden auch alle wichtigen Infos geteilt. Bin sehr zufrieden!

Toll mit Kleinkind

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und sind mit der Ferienwohnung sehr zufrieden. Für unser Kind war alles notwendige vorhanden und man kann die Räume zum Mittagsschlaf verdunkeln. Das Mobiliar ist teilweise in einem sehr gebrauchten Zustand, da könnte man mal was erneuern. Würden die Wohnung aber wieder nehmen. Die Lage ist wirklich super und der Kontakt vorab ebenfalls.

Schöne Wohnung

Eine schöne Wohnung. Sehr schön auf den Besuch von Familien vorbereitet. Es gibt einen Kindersitz, eine Eimer wo man Kleinkinder drin waschen kann. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Tage auf Norderney

Zentral gelegene, hell und freundlich eingerichtete Wohnung am Rande der Fußgängerzone, in der man es sich an weniger schönen Tagen gemütlich machen kann. Die Wohnung ist für 3 Erwachsene oder eine Familie mit 2 Kindern hervorragend geeignet. Meer und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin.
