Blanket and pillows smelled bad and they were dirty. I had to be moved 3 times bc the room they kept trying to give me smelled like straight up cigarettes and someone who never showers. After the second room I called Expedia and asked for a refund and they told me I had to talk to the hotel so I did and he kept refusing so I told him I’m going back to both rooms to take videos to just dispute the charge with my bank bc it’s inhabitable. He took me to a 3rd room and it was still nasty but didn’t have the nasty smell so I just took it and slept in a towel I brought with me and there it away the next morning and left.

It wad disgusting. The blinds didnt close all the way to the edges of the windows so people walking by could see in. The towels provided were nasty and stained. There was a large pile of trash in the parking lot near the front door. Paint was peeling off of the walls and doors. The faucet to the tub was falling out of the wall and moved when i tried to turn on the shower. I checked out the next morning and found a different hotel to stay at.

Horrible stay....my feet were black after taking a shower & walking to the bed, fridge was not cold, bathroom door didn't shut, sheets and towels were stained, outlets & USB chargers didn't work, blankets were thin, showers hot & cold knobs were reversed, towels that were supposedly rolled up & clean were wet, on top of waiting 25 minutes for someone to check us in upon arrival. Had to go out & find a staff member to check in. And, after check in I was charged a $12 fee opposed to the $4 fee that hotels.com said I had to pay. Will never stay here again!!!!

Very very dirty, no safety lock, when the door was closed you could see daylight outside, microwave and fridge did not work. Floor was soft in areas had to point the remote at towards the floor to change tv channels. Linens had stains, cigarette holes in the comforters. Just awful…..

Towels were wet, dirty, and possibly used, lights didn't work, digital door key didn't work so I needed metal key assistance to get in the room, there was someone's old dinner in the microwave, the cigarette smell is gross but expected, tv didn't pick up any channels or connect to any network, remote doesn't work...

Nice clean rooms, wonderful staff, cheap prices. This is the only motel I know that has cheap prices and clean rooms. Other motels that have cheap prices, have dirty rooms. I will give Budget Inn my money anytime. Thanks Budget Inn
