The apartment itself was very cute. It was warm and cozy during the January snowstorm. Unfortunately, the yard and parking area were not as described in the listing. The yard is not fully fenced and the parking is nearly impossible if the other units are occupied. Communication with the property manager is awful. You have to go through Red Awning, their gatekeeper, with any issues. The communication process is not user friendly. As these and other issues became untenable, I decided to end my stay early. The property manager did call and offer to relocate me to another unit on the property but that would not have solved the issues. I declined and explained why. The property manager said he understood and apologized for not contacting me sooner. He also said I would be refunded for unused days of my reservation. I have not yet received that refund. When I followed up, there was no response.
