The check in was remote. Which means there is essentially no staff around. The only reason I didn't give the lowest rating was that there was one staff member at the desk later in the evening and he helped me change rooms. The main floor room had warped floors from water damage. The pluming pipes are all exposed There was a big pile of vomit outside my window. Because I booked with Hotels.com I was required to pay for an upgrade fee to get a room upstairs . (That is ridiculous!) The biggest concern is that there is no security at all in this hotel. Anyone can walk in at anytime time. There is absolutely nothing to stop them. Certainly the remote check in guy in Ohio won't be stopping an intruder. As a single person travelling alone, this was very upsetting. I didn't sleep. I won't be booking through Hotels.com again.

Very secluded and safe area to park, yet close to the expressway and easy to get to. Check in was a little different as the front desk associate was remote and on a video machine. Nonetheless the whole process was pretty smooth. The room overall was pretty spacious, clean, and comfortable. Definitely worth the value. I would definitely stay there again.
