Zentral in North Conway gelegen, genießen Sie ein elektronisch gated 40 Hektar großen Grundstück mit schönen Aussicht auf den Berg. Washington und die Presidential Mountain Range. Minuten zur Basis des Berges. Washington, Storyland, Mt. Cranmore, steuerfreies Einkaufen, Conway Scenic Railroad, Restaurants, Wandern, Mountainbiken, Wasserfälle und vieles mehr. Unsere Pferde sind seltene Rassen und sehr freundlich.

Diese Pension im Obergeschoss verfügt über Bettwäsche, Geschirr, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, einen Wohnbereich und 2 Schlafzimmer. (2) Decks 2. Ebene bieten einen herrlichen Blick auf die Pferde und die Sonne über den Bergen. Ein Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett und das andere hat zwei Etagenbetten. Waschmaschine und Trockner ebenfalls vorhanden.

Das Gästehaus liegt über der Scheune, aber die Pferde bleiben nicht in dieser Scheune. Wir verwenden es für Heu und Tack Storage. Es gibt private Wanderwege entlang des Grundstücks, ein Bach Pool für im Sommer waten und wir bieten Schlitten im Winter für Abfahrtsrodeln.
Dieses Ferienhaus ist während deines Aufenthalts der ideale Ausgangspunkt für einen kurzen Fußmarsch hierhin: Cranmore Mountain Resort. Unter anderem verfügbar: eine Wäscherei. Dieses Ferienhaus verwöhnt dich während deines Aufenthalts mit den verschiedensten Annehmlichkeiten. Freu dich auf WLAN-Internetzugang (kostenlos) und eine Küche.

Wonderful stay

We loved staying at the farm! The house itself is very clean and cozy. Our kids had an amazing time hanging with the animals and bouncing on the trampoline. The property has so many charming surprises, like the chairs by the brook in the woods and the after dark fairy garden. We would recommend it to anyone!

A wonderful, family-friendly stay

Our family had such an amazing stay here at the farm. Our kids loved the animals and got to help feed them. The owners are very friendly and kind. The property is close to town so everything in North Conway is only a short drive away. The inside is stocked perfectly with everything you could need. We would absolutely stay here again if we have the opportunity!

Not enough days

This is an excellent place to stay. Great for relaxing and getting away from the noise and bustle of the other tourists. Kathy and Alan were great hosts and have built a great place. They have put in a lot of hard work and love into it, and it shows. Wished we would have booked it for more days. None of us wanted to leave. Thank you so much!

Amazing farm stay experience!

We will never be able to thank Alan enough for his hospitality during our stay (Kathy was out of town but quickly responded to text questions). Alan invited our family to join him as he fed the farm animals and gave us a wonderful tour of the property. We are animal lovers and this experience was very meaningful to all of us. It is clear that the farm animals are treated like family pets, and live a wonderful life. The views are gorgeous and location is convenient. We are already booked to return! Pet the pigs!

We looooooooooved petting the pigs and goats and miniature ponies. We also looooooooooooved collecting eggs and marching with the chickens and ducks. The extras were awesome too: Trampoline, pool, stream with swimming hole, paths for walking or jeep tour. More than we had time to fully appreciate. I hope to return. The inside is very clean and comfortable. Air conditioning had troubles reaching the bedrooms with doors shut, so we kept the doors open. If you don't like washing your own dishes by hand, considering bringing paper or buying it at the nearby fully stocked normal grocery store.

Family-friendly, beautiful property!

This place was amazing. Beautiful property, adorable animals, and kid-friendly. Our toddler and 5 year old loved petting the animals and swimming in the brook. Wonderful getaway!

Amazing Getaway

I rented this beautiful cabin for a weekend getaway my husband's birthday. We went hiking for the weekend and it was located in the most perfect place to hike the beautiful mountains of North Conway. The cabin was a barn that had been converted and everything was brand new. The place was immaculate and the views from the porch were breath taking. The animals on the property were a great touch. The owners are on the same property and are very friendly but do not bother you at all. My husband and I can not wait to stay here again!

Missing this place already! Can’t wait to go back!

The property (as well as Kathy and Alan) provided us with so many memorable experiences. From feeding and brushing the animals, to taking us out on the amazing 4-wheeler ride (the kids continue to say it was better than a roller coaster!), we cannot thank them enough for the incredible vacation experiences. You can see the love and care they have also put into the property- the tiling details in the shower, the signs on the hiking trail, etc. The private brook, in our opinion, is undersold in the listing. It is a unique, fun, and relaxing spot! There is a fire pit, tiki torches, Adirondack chairs and hammocks. The accommodations were exactly as we expected them to be. The property is about a five minute drive from downtown, approximately 15 minutes from Story Land. However, you would never know you’re such a short drive away because the property is nestled in the woods by a mountain. Kathy and Alan made themselves available but weren’t intrusive; they were excellent hosts. We cannot wait to return!

Breath of Fresh Air

The man and I took a quick break and got away to the mountains. This beautiful listing was everything and more than we needed or wanted. Alan and Kathy were superb hosts and made us feel comfortable the minute we got there. The home was clean, fully stocked, and gorgeous. We sat on the balcony and watched the sunset both nights, with the horses munching quietly below us, along with the soft cluck of hens. The views were outstanding. We slept like babies. We are looking forward to coming back and spending a little longer there in the Winter. Perfect place for lovers or a small family. Absolutely perfect get-a-away!

A Little Piece of Heaven

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this 40 acres horse farm. We enjoyed the views of the mountains at sunrise and sunset. It was a wonderful retreat from the hustle of everyday life. Another positive about this property is that it is centrally located to several major attractions in New Conway.

Wonderful Family Getaway

Loved this guest house! Friendly owners, clean house, hiking trails, brook, swimming hole from a mountain spring, and beautiful mountain views! Close enough for morning runs through town and pudding pond. Our boys (5, 7) loved making smores at the fire pit, playing cornhole, chasing chickens, and seeing the horses, dogs, and cat. We will stay again.

A Farm vs A Horse Farm

Loved the location, the accommodations, the grounds, the amenities and the chickens, BUT, we came to see the special horses that greet you upon your arrival. I spoke w the owner just prior to our stay and feel she should have made us aware that the horses would be off property, over our entire 3 day stay. It was extremely disappointing., as the website shows a picture of three horses at the fence, greeting you. The description of the property is a “40-Acre Horse Farm.” Having two grandson’s w me and having booked the weekend months ago, it was a let down to say the least. And, no apology. I understand things happen and apparently the horses were at cart training school, but at least say “Sorry the horses are not here.” Kathy (owner) did not approach us at all. Alan (owner) was very friendly and helpful. We loved our ATV “Spin” through the 40 Acre woods! We have a great video of our screams/comments on the second drop! Enjoyed chatting w him immensely. Again, the farm was delightful w a beautiful view, but a big disappointment w no horses to pet & take pictures with. It also hurt to read all the wonderful guestbook comments about Echo, the horse they all enjoyed so much on their stay. I recommend the farm, but if you’re counting on a horse farm, check the status of the horses prior to your visit.

Perfect Farm/Mountain Getaway

We’ve been coming to N. Conway for years and wanted to have more than just a hotel experience. This is perfect. It is so close to the center of town without the noise. The Mountain View is exactly what we wanted; you can enjoy it on the deck or through the many windows. We love the horses and love seeing them throughout our stay. The place is very well kept and sparkling clean. It has everything we need. Kathy and Alan have even left us fresh eggs. There are sleds for your use when staying in the winter. We have stayed here 3 times in 6 months, I think that alone says it all. We can’t wait to come back!
