Needs Improvement

The room required a more thorough cleaning, as there was a noticeable odor upon entry. Additionally, the cable TV was unavailable, and the WiFi connection was inconsistent, frequently dropping in and out. The bathroom fan was also nonfunctional. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the continental breakfast was quite enjoyable.

Couldn’t even plug in a lamp because of broken cord. Tried second light and it kept flickering on and off. The rug looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. Beds sat on the floor. Went to another hotel.

Stay was great. Staff was excellent and helpful. Breakfast is delicious. Pool area is nice and rooms are adequate. Great prices we even extended our stay.

Nasty

This place is absolutely disgusting. First room was in an old section of the building. Dirty sheets , nasty floors, extremely old beds and bathroom wall's disgusting. Then I was given a room they said was remodeled. Wow must have been remodeled many years ago. Ownership should be ashamed of themselves. Electrical outlets were all loose in walls and under heater they were exposed.

We usually visit North Conway a few times a year and have stayed hear often. We enjoy the kind staff, good breakfast and warm pool. So close to everything.

Room was dark, not much light. I don't watch too much TV but this was the smallest TV I've seen in a hotel room in a long time. There was no do not disturb sign for the maid so when we went out and came back she had already stripped the bed. Need to soft.

Floor torn up in the room, fan in bathroom didn’t work, 2 stained cigarette burns at the edges of the sink. The toilet seat was loose and crooked. I don’t think the bathroom floor was ever cleaned in the corners. Very dark in the room, 1 small light on an end table. The door looked like it was broken in to. A sheet for a comforter? The price was right and now I know why!

Jacuzzi at the pool was cold. Tv in room didnt work, so they moved us to a different room, then in that room there were red stains on the sheets, and the final room we ended up staying in; the bed had massive squeaks. The key cards continuously wouldnt work, so we had to get them reissued atleast 15 times; Not to mention there was dog crack outside of our bedroom window all over the place, and trash everywhere. We took pictures of all of this. Its unfortunate because the staff is nice and we did like the location.
