Your private waterfront retreat in sunny North Fort Myers awaits! This spacious 3 bed/2 bath home is centrally located and tucked away in a quiet neighborhood—perfect for relaxing by the pool or watching sunsets over the saltwater lagoon.

Your beautiful, newly updated, vacation home is situated on the Belle Air Lagoon—part of the Hancock Creek Preserve—which is famous for its kayaking. The views are stunning! A private pool and large, screened-in lanai overlooks the lagoon teeming with wildlife. Spot Manatees swimming right by the seawall. Jumping fish are a regular sight while tropical birds sun themselves on the dock posts. Watch for dolphins and alligators cruising the lagoon. Fishing is ample in the lagoon where you can catch fish right from the dock!

BaMaLoosa Cove is only minutes away from white sand beaches, family-friendly adventures and local hot spots! Dining, shopping, beaches, waterparks, golf courses, eco-tours, and many other attractions are all nearby. Downtown Fort Myers is a quaint and bustling area with cute shops and fun restaurants and breweries. The famous Fort Myers Beach and stunning Sanibel and Captiva Islands are just a short drive away!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Bag all garbage, insert into trash cans, cover with lid, bring cans to the end of driveway Tuesday nights for Wed. morning pick up.
Clean grill and skillet per the welcome guide instructions if used.
Pets must be communicated PRIOR to arrival. There is a pet fee of $20/night. Pick up all pet feces if pet was a guest. Absolutely NO pet feces or urine is allowed in the lanai or near the pool.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Pool heat can be turned on for a fee of $20/day. Contact Property Manager a minimum of 2 days in advance. Pool heat is not available in summer months.
Additional pet fee is $20/day. All pet feces must be removed prior to departure. Pet feces in the lanai or near the pool is strictly prohibited.
