Dirty - shower flooded - fire alarm beeping all night - no room cleaning for three days - 3 small pillows - don’t stay.

Facility needs renovation.

Staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The hotel looked clean but a bit shabby and the bed was comfortable. However, the toilet in the room was leaking when I entered. A staff person came to fix it but when I returned to the room at ~10 PM, it still did not flush properly. The lighting in the room is very poor…hard to read anywhere given the lighting. I would not stay here again.

Be sure to make your reservation with one of the online platforms and get confirmation. Make sure the price is what it is supposed to be. If you plan to arrive very early in the morning , like anytime after midnight , make sure you make the reservation during the day before . Otherwise you can't do it online and you will get charged without anybody you can tell you more

First, a positive: the staff was lovely, I'm at three different people at the front desk and they were all wonderful. Now, the negatives: perhaps because we booked a room with a pet, we had a horrific room on the first floor, with hair on the bedsheets, bugs on the carpet, a dirty tub that wouldn't drain. It was extremely upsetting, and we left as soon as possible and had to stay at a different hotel.

We were moved to 3 different rooms. The first room, the bed was not made, dirty towels on the bathroom floor, coffee cups on the bureau, trash on the floor. The second room had a terrible smell no microwave. The third room just ok. Not the cleanest. The beds in room 1 and 2 had stains on the mattresses.

Nice property - the staff was very helpful and courteous. Not very fancy, but clean with comfortable beds and great pillows that did not just go flat the second you put your head on them!
