In Arcadia area in north-east Peloponnese there is a famous private village built on a peninsula, with private beach, called Arkadiko Chorio (Arcadian village in Greek). This amazing house is floating over the private bay and it will embrace your friends and family's vacations, with its beauty and elegance. Acommodating up to 12 guests, seperated to a ground floor idependent apartment for 2-6 and the upper floor 2-storey house for 5-6 more guests, it offers amazing flexibility and privacy. PLEASE ASK FOR A SPECIAL OFFER IF YOU ARE 6 OR LESS!
This amazing house is one of a kind in the whole area. In case you are a small group of 4-5, we can make a special offer off season, for the ground floor seperate 100 apartment with private garden and BBq. Please ask for an offer.
As you enter the garden from the street level, you see the entrance and the 1st floor of the villa. You go both upstairs and downstairs from here.
On the street level you have 3 bedrooms: 1 master with a big veranda and a bathroom, 1 extra bedroom with double bed and 1 bedroom with a bulk bed and another Bathroom with shower.
Upstairs you will see the beautiful living room with the open plan kitchen and a wc. The verandas up here have wonderful sofas and tables to enjoy the view and the outdoor living.
The whole house is surrounded by glasss walls so that you have a unique sea view even from the beds. The sunrise will take your breath away....
Downstairs, on the ground floor (lower level toward the sea), there is one independent 100 sq.m apartment, with one bedroom and one bathroom, which actually features 2 king size beds in two levels and one more double bed in the open space area of the living room, which is seperated with white curtains for privacy and also has a breathtaking seaview.
Outside it has a 100sq.m private garden with bbq and in case you want, it has a seperate secure entrance from the garden.
The access to the private beach is on foot, just 3 minutes walking through a small path. You will adore the area and the choices you will have to swim, to eat and do sightseeing.
