Easy check-in. Parking garage for guests. Updated condo with everything you need. Coffee, bath towels and beach towels, a heated swimming pool, and a balcony with a front-row seat for a great sunrise are provided! Very quiet in December. Many nearby restaurants, Alabama Theatre, Barefoot Landing, and shopping. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
This is a very comfortable condo. We loved the easy access to the beach and many miles of sand.
Our only issue was with music played around the outside pool area. No one was listening to it as it was too cool to swim outside, so Shut it off! In our unit we heard the thumping of percussion throughout the day and, it seemed, no one knew how to shut it off. Too bad.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bay Watch. The condo was super clean and decorated in beachy blues. We were close to all of the activities we chose for our long weekend. It was a great time.
We loved the condo & all of it's furnishings so Five stars for that. :-)
The only issue with the room was the water pressure in bathroom, water comes out of tub fine but the shower & sink water pressure is a trickle. Though our main disappointment is beyond condo owners control. Tower 3 Elevators only have 2 of 3 functioning which caused congestion. After check in, we had to wait 3 hours for the line to go down enough so we could take our stuff to our condo. Finally paid the Bellman to assist just to access a cart. This congestion was all day everyday unless it was before 7am. My sister stayed in Tower 2 and had no issues with elevator. Would love to come back & stay again but probably will not due to the elevator inconveniences. :-(
Check-in at the desk was quick, but good luck finding a cart to carry luggage. Parking garage was a bit scary, but we always found a spot. Good overall cleanliness. Good location. Not much guidance on how to get fresh linens. I guess you had to call. Balcony was small and over-crowded with chesp furniture
