We thought the condo was lovely and perfect for the two nights we were there. The pools, lazy river, pool side bar and breakfast cafe were enjoyable. What I didnât enjoy was the constant reminders about everything we shouldnât do because we would be charged for it. Once was sufficient. The three times after that was overkill. We were there for a celebration of life and not to wreak havoc on someoneâs property. In addition to that, we decided with our time of arrival we would ask for an early check-in which we knew would cost an additional $50. The rules state it was first come/first serve due to the cleaners rotation. So two days before, we asked for early check-in. Per managements response, we had to contact them the following day. We did. Still too soon. Contact them day of. Which we did. They finally said to pay them which I did. Then was told to contact them AGAIN to get the door code! Thatâs an awful lot of contacting management. They could use a little process improvement on how best to keep their properties straight. Although the condo was lovely, I would probably not stay there again or go through Big Fish Rentals.
