Just Right!

We spent a week in this condo. Four adults and one child. Everyone was very comfortable, pool was nice and never crowded. Beach was a short, convenient walk and location was short drive to restaurants/stores. The community was quiet with a wide range of people. The people we met that live in the community year round were super nice and welcoming. Condo was clean, well stocked and owners were attentive when contacted them about an issue with the sink. We were well prepared thanks to the communication provided prior to our stay. I’d definitely stay here again. Great experience!!

Beautiful condo close to attractions of cherry grove

This is a beautiful property located inside of a development about a 5 minute walk from the ocean. The development was quiet and clean. The development is surrounded by a lake of sorts with turtles and ducks which my kids enjoyed feeding. We did fish in the lake/pond but never caught anything. The condo is a top level unit and must be accessed via the stairs. The images and virtual tour do not give this property justice. It is more beautiful in person amd exactly as described in the info section. There were cleaning supplies, beach equipment, books, board games, dvds, etc. The cherry grove fishing pier is about a mile away but there is a pay per day parking lot adjacent to the pier (10$ all day) There are several cute mom and pop type places a few blocks away and chainstores and shopping options are a 10 minute drive away. This location is so convenient. This was our first time staying at a property that wasn't oceanfront but the quietness and serenity of the condo and development are worth it. The lock code was a little difficult to remember as it was several numbers and it locks everytime you shut the door but you can access the unit through the sliding door to avoid entering the code each time. It took several cycles to dry a small load of clothes and I could not figure out how to notify the owners or rental agency. The air conditioner also kept automatically changing to 76 degrees and we never really got the hang of the thermostat. Overall this was an amazing getaway and I highly recommend this condo!! There was even a sweet welcome note from the owners.

Close to beach and pool. Some wear and tear noted to the unit, but mostly as expected. Overall, happy with our choice of condo in this area.

Great choice!

This property was just as advertised and in a quiet community. We loved the pool and feeding the turtles. Beach access was a short walk, or we also drove up the street to several public lots and accesses. House was well furnished. Overall great stay!!

This place was just as we'd hoped. It was so close to the beach and the neighborhood was super quiet. The pool was relaxing and was never crowded. We will definitely be staying here again.

The beach is literally right across the street (within walking distance). I can’t stress enough how perfectly prepared this home was to receive us. The neighbors were friendly, the pool is just around the corner, and everything you need for the beach was in the outside storage. Thanks for having us. We definitely look forward to returning! Note: The grounds are immaculate. Your lake views are gorgeous from both balconies, packing should include preparing for mosquitos!!!

Clean and Quiet

Neighborhood was clean and Quiet. Condo was clean and stocked. Storm door needs repairs, the bottom door adjuster was loose and came off. Overall clean property and I would definitely rent again.

Girls trip success!

My best friend and I rented this cute condo for our annual girls beach trip. We absolutely loved it! The house was clean, cute, and comfortable! It took us about 5 minutes to walk to the beach and it was an easy and flat walk to pull our wagon. I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend it to anyone looking!

Overall experience was good. House was clean for the most part other than the sheets on bed. Sheets had human and pet hair and had to be washed the first night.
