Very impressed with property, property manager and owner! Loved having the pool and the property was very clean! In addition, we have never stayed at a property that had such a high level of ambiance upon arrival and attention to detail with snacks for us along with all the extras for our little fur baby! Our stay was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The house was exactly as what was advertised - the pool is larger than it looks in the pictures - it was the perfect size. The beds and couches were all comfortable. The kitchen had everything that we needed and the appliances were nicer than any rental we have ever stayed in. The outdoor spaces were great for relaxing at anytime in the day. The pool gets some partial shade cover in the afternoon so you get a break from the sun which is nice. The rental was dog friendly, but you would never know that because the place was immaculately clean when we arrived. The location was perfect - just a couple of blocks to the beach and was easy to take the golf cart to the public access lots. Several great dining options within walking distance for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Communication with the owner was amazing - the owner was very quick to answer any questions we had before and during our stay. You will not be disappointed if you stay here. We decided to book again for next year within the first two days of our vacation.

We had an great stay at this house! The fenced in pool was amazing. The house was very clean and stocked with everything we needed, including lots of treats for us and our pup. Welcoming home and perfect for families. The host was very responsive and attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We loved having the use of the golf cart with the beach just down the street. We would absolutely come back to stay at this property!

Great proximity to the beach! There's a lot for parking cars/golf carts right at the end of the road for beach days which is really convenient. The pool was really enjoyable! The family really enjoyed it and it was good for our little one still learning to swim. We'd definitely return!

You’ll love it!

My family and I had an awesome time! The house was comfortable, plenty spacious for the 8 of us, and meticulously clean, on a quiet residential street just a few blocks from the beach. The pool and outdoor seating area were perfect and cruising to the beach in the golf cart was a highlight for the kids! It was so hard to leave! It’s truly a hidden gem and Tim is an excellent host! His attention to detail is awesome, from the snacks that greeted us to the special treats, blanket and toy for our dog We will be back!

Making Memories with our family!!

We had an amazing week at this beautiful house. When we first walked in we were impressed how clean it was. Everything was there that we needed. The fenced in pool was amazing. Our two little grandchildren loved it as did my son, daughter-in-law and husband. It was nice having pool towels available. The living room area is spacious. We never felt crowded. We rented the golf cart. An added bonus is they have a sticker so you don't have to pay to park the cart. Tim, the property manager was very responsive throughout the week of we needed anything. Thanks Tim for everything. We definitely would recommend this house.

A little piece of paradise

I can’t say enough about our stay, from the moment we walked into the house and found dog toys, a bed, treats and even a blanket with our dogs name embroidered on it to snacks on the table for us humans. The pool was absolutely beautiful and perfect and so close to the beach too. Close to shops and restaurants that were easily accessible by the golf cart or just to walk to as well. Tim was there to answer any questions I had and responded immediately. I highly recommend staying here for a beautiful relaxing vacation!!

In 10+ years of using VRBO/etc, best experience I have had

Best experience I have had using VRBO/etc. The host was so conscientious and thoughtful. The property: When my family arrived, everything thing was turned on and ready for us (Pool lights and jets, house lights, etc). The host is obviously obsessive about detail and experience, and really has thought of all the amenities. The house isn't just built, but everything is new or well thought out. Game room for the kids, Work area with extra monitor. Snacks for us when we arrive. What really blew me away, he had messed and asked for my dogs name prior to arrival. When I got there, she had a Blanket monogrammed with her name, new toys and treats in package, and a bowl with a bottle of water in it, and a dog bed! (He washes the couch covers after each visit of a pet). The house was amazing. The host was so extremely thoughtful and checked on us after arrival and wished us well on leaving. It is obvious he cares about experience. I am not overstating it when I said it is the best experience I've had when using VBRO and other services. Great value and experience and will gladly stay again!

Summer vacation

We were blown away the moment we booked by the kindness and service Tim gave us. When we initally booked the credit card denied bc my husband didnt approve the purchase text he got since he was at work. Tim called to let us know and told us no rush he would hold the reservation until my husband got off work and had the time and that he could call him personally. Check in was a breeze. When we got there vacation started immediately music was playing outside and inside, pool sparkling clean, house meticulous with a table full of snacks for our kids! The house was stocked with everything we needed (even the baby) and not just enough to get you through day one but the week so you weren't wasting time at the store to buy dish soap or laundry soap. Tim even checked it on us a few hours after checkin to be sure things were up to our expectations and sent food recommendations and fun events for the kids. By far the best VRBO rental and customer service we ever had. Oh and the beds, sooo comfortable!

Best experience at North Myrtle Beach so far

There were 7 of us who stayed and it was amazing. This is the first time I have stayed in a house and this surpassed any of the other times we have been to NMB. To come home to a private pool after 4 or 5 hours at a crowded beach was amazing. We spent very little on evening entertainment because there was plenty to do at the house and pool. We had a great time and the neighbors were great I spoke to them several times during the trip. Tim the property manager was also very nice and helpful and all the little touches from an embroidered blanket for our dog to the snacks on the table was wonderful. The house was very clean and well taken care of and the location to the beach was awesome as well. The use of the golf cart was also a highlight for my grandkids. Can not say enough good things about the week we spent here and how great it was. We will for sure be staying at this home again in the future. Well worth the extra money for all the privacy and the awesome pool.

Wonderful stay!

This place is wonderful! We enjoyed our stay and can't wait to go back again next year! The house was super clean and had everything we needed. Had a beautiful private heated pool and nice golfcart available for us to use! Nice outdoor area to enjoy! Beach was only couple blocks away in a quiet neighborhood and was not crowded, but close enough to lots of restaurants and attractions! Excellent communication with the owner...who was always helpful and quick to respond with anything we needed. This place did not disappoint! It's called the "Oakey Dokie"...but it's more than OK ...it's perfect for us!
