Great location


The unit was on the 4th floor with a view overlooking the Ocean. The property has 3 nice sized heated pools, 2 hot tubs, a lazy river, kiddy pool, and an indoor pool. There is a cute little tiki bar with frozen drinks. The unit was clean and would sleep 6 people but it would be too cramped. Good for 2-4 people. The location is perfect. Barefoot Landing is in walking distance.6 miles We would stay here again..

Beach sunrise!

We really enjoy watching the sunrise from the balcony. The birds were fantastic when we were there! So many varieties! My only small complaint was the shower. The water drained very slowly which is common. Otherwise, everything was great!

Nice place to stay

Overall an excellent stay! The condo and grounds were very clean. It was equipped with everything we needed. I liked the outdoor atmosphere with the music and tiki bar. Conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. The only problem I had was when taking a shower the water stands in the tub. This will be an easy fix though. I recommend this condo to anyone and would definitely stay again!

Evacuation from Idalia

The suite looked nice. Unfortunately our stay coincided with hurricane Idalia. We needed to evacuate a day early. I texted Big Fish Rentals about having to leave before our reservation was completed an asked if a refund was a possibility. We have yet to hear an answer. Our reservation was from 8/27/23 to 8/31/23. We evacuated the morning of 8/30/23.

A Few Minor Issues

Some of the pillows had dark yellow stains all over them. However, there were plenty of other pillows that were not stained that we used. Another minor issue is that the TV remote in the bedroom did not work. I did not make any attempt while we were staying there to have either issue remedied as we were only there for 2 nights.

Beautiful oceanfront property

We had an amazing time and really enjoyed the ease of checking in and checking out, amongst a lot of awesome amenities with 3 pools, 2 hot tubs, and a lazy River.

Overall Good Stay

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The condo was the perfect size for our long weekend beach trip. If I was staying longer than a few days, I would prefer something with a washer and dryer and a full kitchen (but the only thing missing here is an oven). The resort property is a little dated, but with the several pools and restaurants, we would definitely stay at this resort again. There is also an arcade that our son really enjoyed! The resort was perfect for our family of 3 and had everything we needed/wanted! The only issues we had were with the cleanliness of the condo. Overall, it was clean, but there were two things that were pretty gross. First, we found cigarette butts in the freezer. Second, while giving our son a bath, when we dumped water on his head and it splashed where the tub and shower meet, tons of mold particles went into the bathtub. It was so gross that we snatched him out of the tub and cleaned him outside of the bath. This is something we would highly recommend getting professionally and properly cleaned. It was very gross. Other than those two gross things, we enjoyed the condo and would return if those things were properly handled.

Weekend away

Was a nice little place with good view of ocean. Elevator broke the last night and took 20 minutes to get down to lobby. Had to use stairs and carry all bags down the stairs luckly i was only on 4th floor. Bars close way too early. (5pm tiki bar and 7pm inside bar). But would still stay again.

Great place!

Beautiful location right off the ocean! The place was very nice and decorated super cute! Loved the vibes. Had everything we needed for a getaway. Walking distance from several places! Overall 10! We will definitely be back for another stay!

Condo is great but resort has some issues

We had no complaints about the condo itself it was clean and nicely updated. Other than being a little cramped the beds were a little stiff but nothing we didn’t expect. The resort however has some major issues. Starting with the elevators to get up and down from the room they are a nightmare there are only 2 and one was bromen half the time we were there. When they were both working it still took 15 minutes to catch a ride due to the amount of people. Seems like they needed atleast one more for that tower. We went on spring break so it wasn’t even peak season. There were tons of empty spots in the parking deck. I couldn’t imagine being there when it’s full! Other than the elevators it just seemed like the maintenance crew was always doing something to inconvenience you. Whether it was painting the deck in the middle of the day or a pool being broken or scaffolding being in the way it was always something. I think they need new management who know how to get things done without being in the way of guest or more on the off season. All in all we had a great time the heated pools and hot tubs are great and the tiki bar is great as well. The inside bar and restaurant aren’t the best.

Beautiful- Clean - Accurate

I stayed here for 4 days. The location is perfect. The room overlooked pool area and a beautiful view of the beach. Check in and parking was a breeze. The room itself was very clean and just what it shows in the pics. If and when I come back to Myrtle Beach I will be using Big Fish Rentals and staying at Beach Cove Resort. 5 star experience for sure!!!

My eight-day stay in this condo was fairly pleasant. The condo was clean and well appointed. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything I needed except that it didn’t have a conventional oven, not even a toaster oven. I couldn’t have crispy hot leftover pizza in a microwave. TVs were dated although Netflix was included. Water level in the toilet took some time to flush down and I was concerned it may overflow. Raised the issue with management and they promptly sent a maintenance person who couldn’t fix it but was also concerned. Fortunately, it didn’t overflow during my stay. Overall, it was a good value and I will go back again.
