This second-floor studio is in an unbeatable location steps from beach access. It includes a private balcony, an adorable and well-equipped kitchenette with a mini-fridge, and plenty of space to move around. When you're not out building sandcastles, use the free high-speed WiFi to download an invigorating playlist to your device, then head over to the community fitness center for a terrific workout followed by a cool-down swim in the shared pool. The shared hot tub is perfect for soothing those weary surfing muscles, and there's nothing like coming home to stretch out on the suite's bed to take a long afternoon nap after a day of sightseeing. You'll even have central air-conditioning to enjoy while you finish that all-important last chapter from the comfort of the living area sofa.

Bay Watch has 18 bodies of water, including indoor and outdoor lazy rivers. It also features breakfast daily at Bay Watch Cafe in the center tower. Sandtrap Sports Bar is a guest favorite, open daily. Fishtails is a seasonal pool bar featuring fun cocktails and live entertainment during the warmest seasons. A gift shop also sells trinkets and forgotten items to complete your trip.

All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on property-specific websites. Children's activities are available from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, and pool games! Snowbird activities are available from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, and Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets! Enjoy free blockbuster rentals during their stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
