Il est situé à seulement un pâté de maisons de la plage et de la jetée de Cherry Grove. Beaucoup de place pour des vacances en famille ou une escapade de golf. La cuisine est entièrement équipée et dispose d'un plan d'étage ouvert afin que vous puissiez profiter des réunions de famille tout en cuisinant. Il y a beaucoup à faire ici aussi avec un flipper pleine grandeur et une table de billard pour jouer avec. Il y a un lit queen dans la chambre principale située à l'étage principal, un lit queen dans la 2ème chambre et les 2 autres chambres ont chacune 2 lits jumeaux par chambre. Il y a une grande télévision à écran plat dans le salon et une télévision dans toutes les chambres avec lecteur DVD pour regarder des films.
La maison a tout ce dont vous avez besoin, ainsi qu'une laveuse et une sécheuse. C'est très confortable et accueillant.
Vous adorerez vous détendre sur le porche arrière en regardant les oiseaux plonger pour pêcher dans l'étang de la Manche. Cette propriété est parfaite pour des vacances tranquilles à la plage. Vous pouvez faire des promenades sur la plage et vous détendre toute la journée au soleil. La jetée de Cherry Grove se trouve �� quelques pas et constitue un excellent lieu de pêche. Il y a beaucoup de restaurants et magasins à proximité pour profiter aussi. Quiet neighborhood (end of March visit)Calm morning coffee overlooking the ocean inlet. We saw a bald eagle, fish jump and pelicans fish. A quick walk to the beach and Cherry Grove pier. Home was as described and very comfortable for 3 adults and 3 children (17, 14 and 9)

Great spot for a family vacation

The house is beautiful and nicely laid out for both socializing and resting quietly. It is very well located, being only a 1/2 block walk to the beach. I also found the host very responsive and professional. I certainly recommend this property for a beach stay.

The stay was great! Perfect location just a short 4 minute walk to the beach. Great location away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough that to the night life.

Best Vacation Ever

We enjoyed our stay, and the location was perfect. The property was big enough and there was enough room for all of us. The carpets could do with a good cleaning, or even a complete replacement. Blinds were broken upon arrival.

We continued to book this house because of the convenience of early morning coffee on the upper back deck and relaxing on the lower deck. Unfortunately, the day before our vacation we were notified that we couldn’t use the back deck. While there we constantly had workers there rebuilding the steps which meant blowing saw dust all over our vehicles. The workers were polite and did finish up the project leaving us 1 day to enjoy the decks. If you book this house you will have a nice time and have new decks.

Management was very helpful and accommodating. I think the house could have been a little cleaner and the mattresses need updating. Overall, I would rent the house again.

Our Stay

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for the 8 of us plus our fur baby. Great location to the beach. We enjoyed fishing off of the back deck. There is a local grocery store very close to the rental as well as other gas stations and a few restaurants. Just as an fyi there is a picture showing an outside grill, but it is no longer there due to safety reasons per management. The home could use a deep cleaning maybe in the off season but if you are looking for a place to call home during your beach vacay don’t let this deter you.

Great place

Great stay for a quick get a way. Property was nice and location was great. Only complaint was that a piece of siding on exterior of building was missing when we arrive. Strong winds our last night, so another piece that was coming loose was flapping in the wind and beating against the exterior all night. Pinball machine was a great bonus as my teenage boys loved to play it. Overall great experience. Aiding needs to be repaired.

The digital entry was great, the house was clean, a home away from home. The view of the bay was very nice in the mornings or evenings. This is a great place to lease for your family to enjoy the beach and have quick access to shopping and restaurants. I highly recommend the rental property for your vacation if you want to have a place away from hotels and condos and enjoy a peaceful vacation.

The ac unit is right outside master bedroom and it makes this loud noise I can’t describe which kept us up at night, not a normal running noise. But I loved the house and would definitely stay again.

Repaint the deck and steps outside would be nice overall it's a nice spot for vacation and the office personnel is very helpful and attentive they are on info and emails

We spent 2 hours cleaning, when we first arrived. Floors, counters, cabinets, all nasty. Refrigerator had no plastic restraints, in the door, so we couldn't use it for condiments and small stuff. We had to use a cooler to keep most stuff. I would not recommend this property to anyone

Management company was quick to address any minor issues we had ran into. Only suggestion would to be to invest in some curtains along side the blinds. Rooms located near the water were very bright early in the morning (7 o’clock) which made it hard to sleep in if that is something you are looking to do.
