We had a wonderful stay! Condo was spacious and very clean! Hotel property was nice and clean as well. Balcony is large with great views and cozy furniture. Location is convenient to several restaurants and shopping. We had everything we needed and really enjoyed our stay here!

Wonderful Stay

We had the best time at this beach condo! It was a great location and had everything that we could need. The pool was nice to come back to after a long morning on the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

2nd Friend’s trip

We stayed at this property last year, and appreciated and liked all the updates made to the condo. It’s also close to a lot of shopping and restaurants for when we decide to head out after a day at the beach. Would definitely stay here again if returning to the area.

Very clean and plenty of room for everyone! Slight miscommunication with the exterminator coming during our stay but would definitely stay here again.

4th stay

We’ve come back so many times because the unit is great (updated all bathrooms, some fixtures and pictures) from last year. Prefer the smaller building. Now have favorite restaurants (Benny’s, Carolina Seafood and Steak, Oscar’s, Flying Fish.. to name a few). Building manager Tony was friendly, and kept everything around the grounds looking great, and Kim at Southern Coast Vacations was helpful and prompt to respond.. Would recommend this unit to friends and family.

During our month stay we had numerous guests from family to friends that stayed with us. We were able to each have our privacy and at the same time togetherness as we chose. The furniture and beds were comfortable, the bathrooms clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The balcony furniture was extremely inviting with the ocean view! We hope to repeat our stay.

Overall Good! Needs a better cleaning. Sliding door did not work. Need more than 1 set of dish towel/cloth. When I called office in regards to televisions not working, they promptly came. Great location! Would stay here again and would recommend! Happy Summer!

Friends getaway after COVD.

Rental company was in touch often with information. They even made us aware of construction that they weren’t aware of at the time we rented, and gave us the option to cancel if we wanted, which was appreciated. Construction was noisy at times, but finished at a reasonable time, and didn’t affect our trip much at all. Property was beautiful, and had everything we needed. (Maybe a TV in second bedroom would be nice) Loved the third bathroom. Helped make getting ready to go out go much faster. Liked not having to worry about keys, just codes to get in. Found wonderful places for dinner close by. Would definitely stay here again if coming to this area.

Stay at Crescent Sands

It was a beautiful condo just like the pictures. Only draw back was the tiny bathroom with the main suite. It was very small, couldn't shut the door if you were on the toilet. The other mast suite was gorgeous. We had a little problem with the floors, they were sandy and not clean. Notified and was promptly taken care of. Maintenance said the cleaners had used the incorrect formula of vinegar to water. That didn't account for the sand on the floor. But it was taken care of and that's what's important.

Great corner condo with fantastic ocean views

Loved the location and beach views. Great furniture on balcony. Condo was beautiful and worked well for our family. Plus we enjoyed being on an end unit. Just one small issue : Had water turn off problem in hall bathroom shower. Rental company was very helpful and sent a plumber. Unfortunately still didn’t work great but was doable for rest of our stay. Parking limited to two cars was frustrating. This was not the rental company’s rule and they allowed us to park one car in their parking lot. We were grateful for their help. We enjoyed our week and would stay again if we come back to Myrtle Beach. Would highly recommend this condo overall.

Great stay at the beach

While the property and its amenities were as advertised, there were a few things that it was in need of. First, while it was somewhat clean, it lacked a deep cleaning (like under the beds and other furniture). The deck door to the outside that faced the ocean was broken, forcing us to use a side door. Unfortunately, that side faced the nearby property in which people could look directly at you. Also, their maintenance guy used a leaf blower everyday (sometimes twice a day) to get rid of sand and other debris. So we could not open the door with that loud noise. The tub and toilet areas for the main bedrooms were very tiny. You could not open or close the bathroom door without having to sidestep the toilet. All of this is minor, but worth noting to any future guest. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this location. It had enough room for our family of five to spread out, play games on the table, cook, and just relax. The sunrise views were awesome. we would rent again, as long as things were in better working order. There is plenty of room to expand the tub/shower/toilet areas into something nicer to match the rest of the unit. Definitely worth 4 stars...but not 5.

Upon entry there was a mildew odor.. after 7 days of cooking 2 meals a day and purchasing air fresheners, the smell never disappeared and was present as soon as you re-entered. The maid needs to be fired as the place was filthy (there was hair/dirt behind all bathroom/bedroom doors along the baseboards)... the bathroom vent fans were disgustingly dirty... the comforter in the 2nd master had stains on it (we took pics upon arrival so they would be dated and we wouldn’t be blamed)... there was a toothpick and spoon under one of the twin beads (found because we had to make our own beds)... a pop-tart wrapper and piece of popcorn on the living room rug.. and the stove top was not clean either. All sliding doors were filthy (I get the outside having a sea mist film but neither side had been cleaned in some time it seemed .. we did it ourselves). The sliding door handle was scotch taped together because the screws were stripped. The back of the bench on the porch was falling apart so we avoided it. This unit was advertised as “WOW renovated oceanfront”... not sure when the renovations were but it sure doesn’t look it now. The views and layout were great but that’s the only good thing I have to say. I won’t complain about the construction next door as that was disclosed ahead of time.

Great view!

The property was a great place to watch the sunrise. There is a cabana property next door with a huge balcony of people laying out at your eye level. The cabana did take away from the privacy of sitting on the balcony.

The unit was very clean, the kitchen was nicely updated and had everything we needed. It was disappointing to have construction right next door, especially noise starting at 7 o’clock in the morning. I think there should have been notification of that happening and possibly consideration for a discount. The only thing I couldn’t find was remote control for the living room slider shades. It would’ve been helpful to have directions on operating the television remotes. I think the only thing missing was televisions in all the bedrooms. That would’ve been nice as well, but overall this stay was wonderful and access to the beach was perfect!
