Not the best stay.

It was nice we could check in early even if it was only 10 min. The room looked nice. There was some hair left on the wall of the shower and we called to the front desk and asked for 2 more pillows to be brought to our room and never got them. Unsure who was working that night but im pretty sure i woke him up. The sofa bed was also like sleeping directly on the bars with just a sheet. Very uncomfortable.

Everything was fine. I left my banana and peanut butter in the breakfast area and when i was leaving the guy that was working breakfast asked me if i still wanted it and he went and got it for me! So sweet of him

We were disappointed in this hotel, considering the reviews and rating. The room was clean but really shabby and smelled like dog or feet or something. Draperies hanging off the hooks, a chair that had apparently been clawed up by a cat, dirty desk chair, and a really scabby bathroom. There was a hair on the bed. We asked for a quiet room but were put next door to two yapping dogs. We made this reservation well enough in advance and the place wasn’t close to full. Breakfast was super lame. No yogurt, no fruit, some kind of milk in a pitcher. The only good thing about the place is the outdoor seating area and its proximity to Capone’s, which was excellent for dinner.
