Kaibo A1 ist eine schön eingerichtete und ausgestattete Wohnung im ersten Stock (Ecke / Endeinheit) des Kaibo Yacht Club (Phase 2) im ruhigen Cayman Kai, North Side. Dieses 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer Wohnung ist exquisit eingerichtet, in warmen Farben. Das Schlafzimmer verfĂŒgt ĂŒber ein Kingsize-Bett, das die Ruhe North Sound von Grand Cayman mit einem en-suite Badezimmer und einen großen Abstellraum mit Blick auf. Der Gast / 2. Schlafzimmer hat ein Queen-Size-Bett mit Blick auf den Garten. FĂŒr zusĂ€tzliche GĂ€ste gibt es eine Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer. Kaibo Yacht Club befindet sich direkt nebenan (buchstĂ€blich nur wenige Schritte entfernt). Der Verein umfasst einen Yachthafen, Strand-Bar, feiner Speiserestaurant (oben) mit einem Rum-Bar, Minimarkt (Öffnungszeiten beachten) und Wassersport-Vermietung. Jeden Dienstag Abend bietet der Club einen Strand-Barbecue mit Live-Band. Weitere Restaurants sind im Rum Point, eine schnelle 2 Minuten Fahrt oder 10 Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt zur VerfĂŒgung. Eines der besten Restaurants der Insel (Der Leuchtturm) ist 25 Autominuten entfernt. Starfish Point ist eine einfache 5 Minuten zu Fuß und ist ein großartiger Ort, um ein romantisches Picknick zu genießen und den Sonnenuntergang zu beobachten.

Great accomodations and stay at Rum Point. If you're searching for a quiet and relaxing part of the island, this is it. Far enough away from the busy part of the island while still being close to restaurants, diving / snorkeling and various beaches. Highly recommend!

Pet-friendly staycation in Cayman Kai

We had a lovely week at this pet-friendly staycation beside Kaibo in North Side / Cayman Kai. The views from the living room, master bedroom, and screened-in patio were gorgeous. We had the convenience of Kaibo Restaurant / Bar right next door but none of the noise. Daily dog walks to Starfish Point and enjoyable hours spent at the pool (sans dog). Breakfasts on the lanai (sans mosquitoes) even in July were pleasant. The place was well-equipped and we were able to cook and enjoy most of our meals at "home". Would recommend this place for anyone wanting the best of both worlds - getting away from it all with the convenience of a good restaurant and espresso bar just steps away.

Secluded and relaxing location

The condo was perfect, especially being the end unit on the ground floor. The beach was steps away and it was wonderful being able to wander six feet out the door and be on the middle of a clean private beach. There was a little bit of noise from the restaurant next door, but I actually enjoyed the faint music. It still felt private with the hedges separating the spaces. The condo was very clean and I appreciated the amount of dishes and spices available in the kitchen. The beds were confortable and I loved that beach towels were available. There were also floats and snorkel gear for use. We had a great time snorkeling at Starfish Point and visiting the Crystal Caves 10 minutes down the road.

Peaceful ocean front condo

This condo was perfect! We loved the private beach. The condo is located directly next door to a great little coffee shop and the Kaibo restaurant. There are several starfish in the water and we had fun searching for them. The feral roosters were great entertainment. Rum Point is very close and the pizza at Rum Point’s restaurant was delicious. If you’re looking to get away from chaos of city life, this is the place to be!

Slice of Paradise!

Peaceful Beachfront Stay with Island Charm

Quaint location at Cayman Kai / Rum Point. The condo is on the ground floor with a lanai that opens right onto the beachfront. It’s conveniently located next door to a great restaurant- the food is definitely worth trying, and we were never disturbed by noise. The property features a nice pool, hot tub, hammock and grill, along with basic necessities for cooking at home. Beach towels and on-site laundry were also a plus. The condo was nicely decorated and very clean, with a charming island feel that added to the experience. The location couldn’t be better; it’s calm, peaceful and absolutely beautiful. Blair, our host, was very easy to reach, prompt, and kind whenever we needed assistance. Although we found it a little tricky to locate initially - even with maps - the area is very safe and quiet. We had a fantastic time and would love to come back!

Perfect stay at the North Side of Grand Cayman near Rum Point. The condo is spacious and equipped with everything you might need for a stay with your family. The beach is just in front of the condo, and Starfish Point is within walking distance. This is a tranquil part of the island which we very much appreciated. In September we had the beach on some days completely for us. The owner was extremely helpful and allowed us to check in earlier and stay a couple of hours longer without charging extra. Perfect stay at a perfect place.

Amazing condo

We stayed at this condo in mid-August and had a wonderful experience. The property was spacious, clean, and the air conditioning kept us cool and comfortable. The condo is right on the beach, away from busy areas. It's just a short walk to Starfish Point, where you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets. Blair was incredibly responsive and quick to reply to any of my messages. Thank you, Blair - we'll definitely be returning!

Best Trip Ever

Absolutely fantastic stay! The property exceeded all our expectations—immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The host was exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to Rum Point and Starfish Point (short walks), great place to have a boat pick you up for the day, and the beach is steps away. We also used the water taxi. Best of the Best

The condo was fantastic and well above my best expectations. The location could not be better, with a direct walk out from the ground floor back screened-in porch onto the beach. Situated near the end of the peninsula between the Kiabo Yacht Club and the Water Cay Public Beach, is a big advantage with access to the beautiful bay and accessible docks. For those seeking adventure, the condo's location is a dream come true. Tours to Stingray City, snorkeling areas, and the bioluminescent bay are all within easy reach, departing from the nearby park and yacht club. Even a water taxi to Camana Bay is just a stone's throw away from the condo, making our excursions a breeze. With the flexibility of a rental car, the Cayman Crystal Caves are only a short drive across the North Coast Highway, and areas of interest of the north and east sections of the island are all within a 45-minute leisurely drive. The condo was extremely clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, and premiere Kitchen Aid stainless steel cookware, which is the total opposite of any other condo I have rented in the past. My primary reason to rent a condo over a hotel or resort room is the ability to prepare our own meals and enjoy the extra space and privacy of dining without leaving the comforts of the condo. The fully equipped kitchen and the patio charcoal grill exceeded my goals and helped make our vacation great. I got more +++ but ran out of space

Wonderful Stay!

We had a lovely family holiday at Kaibo Yacht Club. The beach is steps from the porch, the condo is well furnished and was clean upon arrival and the host was very responsive and helpful. We hated to leave this place, such a retreat from the hustle and bustle!
