Amazing location. Drove over to seven mile beach one day and between the traffic and the amount of people it was chaotic. It was a pleasure to come back to our place and spend the next day on our quiet beach. The only downside is there are limited places to eat BUT it is an easy 20 min drive to the east side with a TON of delicious options. Caz was great with communication getting back to us quickly through Whatsapp. Highly recommend for any family that is looking for a relaxing vacation spot that feels like a second home.

The condo was wonderful. It was a warm and comfortable space that had everything and anything we could want. Caz was gracious and always ready to help. At times, we couldn’t reach her immediately as she has a job, but she always fixed any issues asap. The pool and hot tub were perfect for us. An added plus were that other guests had children for my 10 year old granddaughter to play with. She left with the email address of a new friend.Our only disappointment was the beach. My focus had been to find a place where we could snorkel and this beach appeared to be what we wanted, but it really wasn’t. I never saw anyone swim off the beach in the week we were there. Luckily, there were good snorkeling places at Rum Point and we had a great vacation.

Wonderful condo

Great location if you want to relax away from all the crowd from 7-mile Beach. The condo is comfortable and has everything we needed and more. We loved the Infiniti pool and the fact that Caz provided kayaks and bikes for us to use. We biked to Starfish Point a lot and took the kayaks to the bioluminescent bay, which was very neat. We stocked on groceries on our way from the airport, and caught some tuna while deep sea fishing, so having a grill on hand was a plus for us. 7-mile Beach is beautiful and we drove to the Cemetery Beach a few times , which is great for snorkeling. Our flight was canceled on our way back, and the airline put us at a hotel for 3 days on 7-mile beach. After experiencing both, we are so glad we choose to stay at Run Point. It was way more relaxing and ideal for our family.

Absolutely amazing place to stay!

We LOVED our week here. Having access to the bikes, kayaks and snorkeling gear was a plus. We bought groceries and had all the kitchen gadgets we needed. It was nice to have Kaibos right next door for dinner and dancing one night. We will be back to this incredible condo. Thank you Chaz!

Nice Condo and amenities

Overall we enjoyed our stay. When we arrived the smoke alarm was chirping every minute. Had to call property manager and they took care of it. But the internet was out, and we told them about it on arrival, but it was never fixed. Also had an issue with the air conditioner dripping in the utility closet last day we were there and we let the PM know. Nicely furnished condo. We enjoyed the area near the water. We kayaked down to Starfish point. The pool was nice too. Overall our stay was great and we really loved the Grand Cayman Island.

Cayman Kaibo

Myself, husband and friend arrived to a lovely condo very close to Rum Point. Condo was very nice. We would definitely stay again! We loved using White Sand for our tours and being picked up right next door at the marina. We thought property management could stock more than a couple rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and more than1 roll of paper toweling. There is an order of sewer out of the front of the condo but it is an island and not much that can probably be done about that. We loved using the kayaks. We were disappointed in the bikes though. Kids bikes had flat tires and adult bikes were somewhat deflated. They were so rusted you couldn't adjust the seat and hard to shift resulting in difficulty in going anywhere. These were only very minor things and if it was really a concern we could've called management. The grounds are absolutely lovely. Nice pool and plenty of chairs and hammocks! Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation!!

Quiet beach condo

Quiet beach front condo on bay. Nice clean beach with some wading until grassy areas good for snorkeling. Restaurant on site was very good. Easy access to Rum point and Starfish beach. Twenty to thirty mins to plenty of restaurants. Condo has everything we needed except shampoos, soap, bug spray. Very clean and nice setup with lanai with table and chairs. Would go again.

Wonderful location

Wonderful condo in a great location! All the amenities a family needs. Plenty of towels for the beach. A million dollar view. Kaibo next door was a perfect addition for a fun bar atmosphere and food. Disappointed that Rum Point was completely shut down since it was stated they’d be reopening late 2022. (But not the fault of the owners of this property. Just an fyi for renters looking to make a decision where to stay.) Well stocked kitchen with dishes. Kayaks were fun. There were only 2 goggles so adults would need to rent snorkel gear somewhere nearby. Highly recommend White Sands for a boat to Sting Ray city & snorkeling. You can get picked up at the boat dock next door. Just feet away! Hammocks were lovely. Pool is right on the beach with great lounge chairs. Property is very nice and left very natural. My only suggestion would be extra bedding for the pullout couch. There were not extra pillows for this. We have 2 adult sons that are 6’ tall so the twin beds were a bit short for them. This should be a consideration when staying with 4 adults here. Otherwise we have not a single complaint! Already thinking to rebook this condo next year! We absolutely loved it!!

Best condo

We’ve stayed at many condos around the world and so far this was the best. In addition to being clean, which most condos were, this condo had many nice features suggesting that the owner was very thoughtful. Those included hand soap, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, coffee filters, etc. so we didn’t have to bring/purchase our own. The manager was very responsive via emails. He even brought us a big kayak when requested. There are several nice restaurants and grocery stores that are within 25 minutes by car, and the Starfish Point was right next to us! The pool was nice and shallow enough for young children (4 feet) and the enclosed balcony was a nice spot for breakfast. We really enjoyed staying there!

Grand Cayman Stay

Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. We loved the location, the pool and the beachfront being right there. The kitchen was well appointed with everything needed for cooking, including a convection microwave & coffee maker. There were only a few minor items that could be improved upon. The master bedroom is warmer than the rest of the unit, so we needed to have the ac lower to accommodate for it. We had some issues with the cable box that made tv viewing difficult (the on site property manager, Joshua was great overall-very responsive for all questions & arranged for the cable company for a visit etc.). There are items in the storage unit that are available for use (kayaks, bikes etc.) but everything is a tight jumble and not terribly organized. As mentioned, these issues were somewhat minor in the overall picture and we really enjoyed ourselves.

Kaibo Family Fun

First of all what a beautiful island! We had only visited as a cruise stop prior to this trip. During our stay, the boys spent the first 3 days diving. Our 10 yr old got to go on his first ocean dive and then several more! The condo was perfect. The girls spent time soaking up the sun on the beach or at the pool or reading in the hammocks. We also had fun walking over to Starfish Point and using the kayaks. Bioluminescent Bay was indescribable, it should be on the list for everyone visiting Cayman. It is a little drive to the condo from Georgetown/7 mile area, but we enjoyed the drive and the slower pace of Kaibo area. We look forward to coming back to Grand Cayman and would gladly come back to this condo. Thanks for your hospitality and helping make our vacation perfect!

Relaxing!

We had a wonderful time in Grand Cayman and enjoyed staying at this quiet condo. The private beach was perfect for relaxing, reading and swimming, and never crowded. We liked the restaurant and coffee shop next door, and enjoyed watching the boats come and go. The condo was comfortable, and the manager very responsive. Great place to stay!!
