We had a great time here and the kids loved it. It's on the beach and there is a Pool on site so the kids had a blast. I will say that we must have had a room (141) that needs updates immediately. The door barely opened and the floor was punky and squishy when you walked. I did notice most of the other rooms were alot nicer- laminate floors or new light colored carpets instead of an older dark carpet. I would totally go back and stay here, I would just ask to not be in this room. PS- Staff was great.

Normally it’s a great place to stay, but durning this visit the first room had plugs that didn’t work so they changed our room then the second room was not ready to rent and then gave us a third room and the AC was to small for that room so it was hot at night left a night early and lost money

Get to the hotel late and nothing was plugged in refrigerator wasn't plugged in air conditioner wasn't plugged in lights were unplugged in and some lights were cords were in the back of beds which made it very inconvenient

This is our go to affordable get away to P-town. Property is always clean and well managed. It is not the "fanciest" place, however it feels comfortable. Got the free bus to Commercial Street right at the motel.

Stay was great. The beach is pretty and the water is very calm. 9 minutes to Provincetown center, the busses stop in front of the motel and are free of charge, which saves money on parking in Provincetown. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom was a little rough but everything worked properly. Bring creamer for coffee, they only have powered. Ice machine was awesome for filling coolers and water jugs for the beach. Other guests were friendly. They have bike rentals on the premises. Overall would recommend and would return.

Staff was nice. Everything else was straight out of the past. Literally. Old torn original furniture—maybe from the 60’s or older. Walkway was outdoor carpet and torn in many places. Tripped on it and nearly fell. We stayed across the street from the hotel shown in photos. Dilapidated.
