"Das Personal hag sich selbst aufgegeben, eine deprimierte Stimmung herrscht vor. Der Shuttle zum Hotel kommt und kommt nicht? Such is life, da kann man nichts machen (Taxi genommen - der Fahrer war freundlich und wollte arbeiten). Die Rezeptionistin hätten wir am liebsten zur Gruppentherapie gebracht, hätten wir einen Mietwagen gehabt. Das bedauernswerte Geschöpf wirkte völlig unbegeistert, demotiviert, ind nuschelte fortwährend im Flüsterton. Allein gezielte Nachfragen förderten die für jns relevanten Inhogmationen zu Tage. Positiv: der Hotelmanager ist aus einem ganz anderen Holz gemacht, wir trafen ihn beim Frühstück, bei dem sich eine Angestellte uns freundlich zuwendete. Hier stimmte dann der Service, und das Frühstück war superb. Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, nicht überall hängt die Tapete noch fest. Das Frühstück und die Nähe zum Flughafen machen den Unterschied, der dieses Hotel zumindest als guten Durchschnitt für den Reisenden erscheinen lässt."
